The address given will take you to the post office since that’s where the mail goes. I had to call multiple times to find the correct location for drop off.

I had a horrible experience at this location. To start I was supposed to have the truck at 10Am as per my reservation and received a phone call stating he wouldn't be around till 10:30 and was still later than that. The size of truck I reserved wasn't available so I had to get the huge one as it was the only one there. I was then told it would be 189.00 but he would do it for 160 which was way more than I thought it would be. After almost an hour of him cursing and swearing at his computer, I received the correct rental amount. I paid and left. I will defanitly find other arrangements to move next time. I have rented several uhaul's over the years and have experienced a broad range of 'acceptable' practices when it comes to state of rental vehicle. Owner takes your safety and maintenance of his Uhaul vehicles very serious and it shows. Walk through was very well done & customer service 2nd to none. Would gladly rent from this business in the future.

I was supposed to pick up the rental trailer in South Edmonton Friday morning. After three phone calls and three location changes, i had to drive from Edmonton to Westlock to pick up the trailer. This was an hour each way and a lot of time out of my day. I will not rent another trailer from uhaul.

Uhaul had broken wires when picked up. They didn’t sell hitches, contract had no info on it. Wanted to drop off on 47th in Saskatoon had to drop off on 29th. Wasn’t informed of a drop off time

the radio did not work in my truck. the vehicle was under a quarter tank of fuel and the worker had to re do my rental and put down the wrong delivery date so i had to pay a late day fee plus extra km fee wich added up to just under $100

When a customer comes to pick up their rental make sure it's ready to be used and in working order. When I got to my destination with the pickup and trailer I realized that there was over a foot of snow in it as well as the trailer door opened on my commute. So since I wasn't near my house I had to buy a shovel to empty the bed of the truck and a lock in order safety use the trailer. Also it really annoys me that more than is quoted is held on my MasterCard as well as I was charged more than quoted. I was quoted $100 for the truck for up to 200km and $30 for trailer plus insurances. Although looking on my bill I was charged per km after 150km I would appreciate a call back as this is the 3rd bad experience in a row. My name is Chris Zechel and my number 780-292-5588

Customer service at your westlock location is the best U-Haul service I’ve had in 20 years.

I had a confirmation to pick up the Uhaul truck and car carrier at a location 3 blocks from me ( sounds convenient) but when I got there at 8:00 am I was told to drive 75 kms north of Edmonton to pick these two items up! I had movers ready for 9 to start loading from my condo! I had to drive to this little out of the way town that was an hour drive there and back! I never got back to my condo until 12:30 for the guys to start loading up! So I had to pay them each 3 1/2 hours each for sitting around or they would have left! At the office where I was supposed to pick up I showed them my confirmation info and said are you not in the HAULING business so why didn't they bring it down to Edmonton? I was told to bad if I don't go get it or take it it would be given to the next person in line for one! With all that was going on in a move a person does not need these idiots dictating what I should do! Where I picked the equipment up at they were helpful to me and I appreciated that! You people should learn how to do customer service, take a course, get a consultant in to teach you or, better yet, revise you mission statement? I will never use you company again and you should be ashamed of yourselves in running it this way?

They were kind enough after the fiasco to stay open late for us as we needed to drive 2 hours to get the UHaul- but we arrived with 7 mins to spare. Whew!
