Not a location issue but rather the after hours check-in process. Despite having location sharing enabled on our phones, we could not complete the process as instructed so it was a bit worrying to drop it off "incorrectly" and potentially risk additional charges due to not following the correct process. Not a big deal, but I've never seen a major move that wasn't already carrying a fair amount of stress so something at the end of a move like this can be fairly dishearteningVictoria M.

Move UHaul's location's from this place. Their was no drop box to leave the keys. I had to get up the next day and drive back over to the place to drop the truck keys off. I should not have to had done that. Bad business if you ask me.Debra B.
I was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul 25 miles away from this location. I checked in a day before and everything said that I was good to go, when we got to the first location the usual was nowhere to be found. It took an hour and a half to locate the uhual. Terrible experience.Wilson H.
The truck was not cleaned out or sanitized with this location! We arrived and they hadn't even been out to the truck to clean it or remove the blankets from the prior family. We went to remove the blankets and there were more blankets laying on a trailer out there from several days before.Dustin P.

The location looked a little sketchy to drop off the vehicle with no one present so we had to wait until the morning to be able to see someone, my husband had to miss work for that reason.Maria R.

We selected a certain location for our pickup and were redirected through uhauls site to 4 different locations before we found the truck we needed. Uhaul needs to figure out a better system for having ordered equipment at the preferred location.Andrew B.

This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience we have EVER had using U-Haul. This pick-up location should be shut down. The people there had NO IDEA how to rent the truck and had to call the 800 number to get the customer service rep to help us. They did not provide us with ANY paperwork nor did they inspect the vehicle with us. We took pictures to protect ourselves. Once we loaded the truck a warning alarm started going off. We stopped at the local U-Haul location (the one that we normally use) and they also weren't much help. They only referred us to the customer service number. In addition, our oldest son who is 24 overheard the desk clerk making rude remarks about our presence in the store and in the parking lot. It took us approximately 3 hours to resolve the problem ourselves. We were VERY disappointed at the overall experience.Silvia C.
1st off the location of pick up was incorrect. I ended up calling the location and it was a difference of about 3 miles, 2nd the gentleman there was very nice but could not access the uhaul information. I ended up showing him my receipt and check form and he allowed me to pick up the trailer.Amanda S.

This is not a Uhaul Facility. It is a Boat and ATV repair shop. I had to pay $35 to clean my car from the RED CLAY. There is not one square inch of paved parking in this facility.Edward L.
