they just started to include u-haul services with thier business, errors with u-haul 's website trying to print a contract, also making a simple contract change! I had to pay for a single day rental driving just 6 miles not using the trust to change my contract using a different credit card! NOT GOOD!James P.

Situation was beyond the dealers control. BUT, I did not get the size trailer ordered and it came with a taillight not working. Light was repaired and price was adjusted to the size ordered. It did put us behind schedule for our travel plans, but Rippin' Rides went above and beyond to make us happy. I like spending my dollars in my community and will continue to use them for my business needs,Karen U.

You should not offer online reservations as they do not necessarily reserve the rental at the place you chose. We wasted 2 hours yesterday morning trying to find our reserved truck, I had chosen the u haul on Simpson Ferry Road, when we got there the person working didn't even know what I was talking about. . Called the u haul on Gettysburg Rd, they said the truck was at the u haul in New Cumberland. went there and the lady there was super nice but told us we should not use online reservation service bacause there was no guarantee whee the available trucks would be. You should not offer this service if it doesn't work right as it causes frustration, confusion, and wastes valuable time.Elizabeth L.

I reserved a 9' cargo van from this location a few weeks in advance. I even called to confirm that it would be available after reserving online. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they didn't have any cargo vans and that I would have to take a box truck or find another Uhaul location that might have one. They were aware that there would not be a cargo van, but never notified me that my reservation could not be completed as reserved. I would not have rented from this location if I had known that there would not be a cargo van available to me. The customer service representative was nice about it, but did nothing to resolve the issue other than suggesting I look at another location. Unfortunately, when you are there to pick up a vehicle you rented there is typically not a lot of time to try and make another reservation at an entirely different location. If I wanted to reserve a box truck I would have done that at Enterprise, which would have saved me a lot of money.Lauren N.

I came to Rippin Rides in New Cumberland at opening time (9am) and the Uhaul representative did not show up until 9:25am. This significantly pushed back my moving schedule and I was not pleased. This is not a complaint - When I was in the office doing my paper work before I went out to my rental van, I was told about the trailer hitch and to turn the fuel button off. However, my van did not have one ( I was happy). A suggestion - if you have time, go out to the parking lot, and help the customer locate it. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was GREAT. You are in a good location. If you were not there, I would have had to go up to Mechanicsburg. You and your Office staff were very polite.ELIZABETH Y.

The online check in procedure was a MAJOR hassle. U-haul definitely has to work out some kinks there. It took me over 30 minutes to check in once I got there and leave with the truck. I'm almost 40 years old and they had to call my mother to verify my identity? IF this was necessary then all of if could've been done well before I showed up to pick up the truck. And who in corporate thought this process supposed would ve better than an in person interaction?!?!Robert M.

I was charged an Outrageous $424.00 cleaning charge. A motor fell over and spilled oil. We took it to the car wash and cleaned it. I guess it wasn't clean enough and they had to charge me an extra $424.00!!! The whole cost for the truck rental, mileage, and fuel was only $213!!! Totally Absurd!!!PATRICIA H.

I had originally tried to reserve a pickup truck listed at this location. Turned out the truck was at another location further away then I planned so I had to settle for another vehicle not of my original choosing. When I went to the website to check in using the credentials I originally created the website had no acknowledgement of my account although the CSR at the station could pull it up. On the screen where you add yourself as a drive and a second person as a driver there should be a little site reprogramming. When I registered yesterday I started to add a second driver and when I cancelled that it made me start over although I received confirmation of my reservation in text and email.Nathanial W.
