Absolute terrible experience. Spoke to two people who finally told us to wait for third person to help us. Location conducted entire transaction on cell phone which was extremely slow. We made reservation online including payment. We had to provide all information over again at location and wait while lady entered all data via cell phone. Was told credit card machine was down so they had to call another location for assistance. We paid online so not sure why we had to call another store. Spent 45 mins picking up a trailer we already reserved online and there was no other customer so the delay was no because we were waiting in line. Total ineffiency and lack of proper equipment (computer) led to this unpleasant experience.
