The van itself was filthy on the exterior. Looked like it had never been washed. While the inter looked clean, there was a very strong odor of some type of farm animal or something in it. Yes farm animal. It smelled like someone had transported something in it.Scott S.

Clean and sanitized all trucks after drop-off! Vents are filled with pollen, not sweeper out or wiped down. Smells stink and runs like the engine is not well maintained! Signs are posted to wear a mask but the office assistant didn't have on any! People also came in without a mask and still got to enter!Tamara H.

I would only recommend this location if Mrs. Gloria M. is still working there. She is the absolute BEST! She deserves a raise. She is very knowledgeable for both storage and Uhaul and is definitely an asset. It would be a major loss if she left this location. She knows what she's doing!Tamar K.

Took forever to get the vehicle. As a dealership there was an issue connecting with our corporate reservation. Also the U-haul website should be updated to reflect the opening times of facility. Our original reservation was to pick the vehicle up at the trolly road facility but when we called to confirm the reservation we found out that they were closed on the day we were to pick up the vehicle. The reservation was transferred to another facility and as far as I know we were not communicated of the change. If we had not called to confirm we might have not known of the change.Timothy S.

I have rented many rental trucks over the years and have to say this was the best experience I have had. The vehicle was in fantastic condition and the cleanest vehicle I have rented. It ran perfectly and even had decent gas mileage. The price was very fair. The check in and check out process on the website was pretty user friendly once we figured it out. We hope our rental in the next few days will be an equally enjoyable experience.MARC B.
When I reserved the Truck it was at Main St Storage at Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485. We drove there to pick up our truck while doing the pick with my cell phone, it changed to SafeNest Storage 1205 Central Ave, Summerville, sc 29483. This added 11 miles to our trip. The truck mechanically needed a major tune-up the seats were highly uncomfortable because they were well used and worn out the overall condition of the truck for far as looks was very scarred and scratched the location associate did not seem real friendly the app was not user friendly in my opinion overall The Experience makes me wish I would have rented from PenskeRobert S.

The ac didnt work in my uhaul and they didn't compensate or give me a discount and they charged me $25 for a couple pieces of glass that was left and $21 cause the gas wasnt on full but it was a little under full these people out for every little dollar they can get. Fucking leeches. And they only did this because they owed $30 cause i didn't go the 50 miles they charged me for i only traveled 20 miles so they had to find something so they can keep the money and get a little more.Dominique H.

I picked up truck and drove to my home in Summerville to load and drove to storage and new home in Georgetown and was charged extra for mileage(scam). Exhaust was in bad shape on vehicle hurting gas mileage. I left more fuel in the tank than when I recieved. Uhaul is a big company and I know my business will not hurt them but I will spread the word on my displeasure of the extra charges.Eric V.
Absolutely horrible experience. We feel we got the truck they no longer wanted cuz they didn't want to fix anything on it and they knew we were going far and just wanted to get rid of it. After loading the truck with just me and my boyfriend we came to find the AC didn't work at all and neither did either of the 12volt charger (that was needed for gps to get where we were going SC to OK). We could not put the windows down because the driver side the interior didn't stay and beat the crap out of the driver if you put the windows down. And we had a cat along as well. We had to stop a lot to cool off and charge gps. Both me and my boyfriend ended up sick as well on the trip different days due to excessive heat reaching at least 109. The trip took twice as long and cost more cuz of stopping to take care of things that we should not have had to (charging gps and cooling off). Yes we could have called and requested another truck, but who wanted to unpack and repack the truck after already in route. Very displeased and feel this was intentional on the part of U-Haul. This was second horrible experience within a month of using your services.Illona P.
