Make sure customers have all the equipment and items they paid for so their move can go smoothly. Also, there should not be more than one location where the customer pick up from its confusing and time wasting.Shakeria C.

I was told what time to return rental, without incurring additional charges, and did so. Receiving location tried to charge me for extra day of 58 dollars. Had to go thru customer service to have my account credited. Which has not been done yet. U-Haul needs to have a better way of communication between locations on what is being said to customer at pick up point. I will use U-Haul again if needed. It is a good company.
