No problems at all with the Uhaul trailer however the girl behind the desk at SoCal Hay & Feed was very slow and took over an hour to process my Uhaul order despite having a reservation in advance. I don't believe that she has very good customer service skills at all.

I had rented a 6x12 trailer online two days prior to picking it up. I showed up at the appointed time with paperwork in-hand to verify it. What should have been a 15 minute process took 90 minutes...and from what I could tell, the problem wasn't with the staff at this location, it was with U-Haul. Even the Area Field Manager had a hard time figuring out why/how your electronic system messed up the rental fees. Very disappointing!

As a customer who has been through a lot the day I returned the u-haul I was very disappointed in the very rude employee with blonde hair 300 pounds maybe 280 pounds blue eyes . She ask a rhetorical question as if I was supposed to know she was being unprofessional and snappy. cues me for purposely ignoring her calls. The area I live in I don't even receive my own boyfriend or mothers call ! It will always go straight to voicemail and if you hours later I would probably get it as soon as I picked up my phone. I had been very busy the three days I had the U-Haul I didn't have lot of time to even look at my phone. Blew me away the most was how she threatened that I would never be able to use U hal again because I wasn't able to pay for the U-Haul that same day. Response was whatever you'll never be able to use U hal again through her hand up and walked away.Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the location of where the trucks are parked. Another reason is how they treat and speak to the customers. There was only one or two people at a time helping customer. yes it is a very small store I can see they do not need a lot of employees. But with the few Customers they do have they should treat use with more respect and not just like a mom and pop shop where there's no moral or ethical conversation As a value.

Open late and close too early, (9am - 5 pm). Trailer was not cleaned at time of pick up to make it presentable for customer. Clerk demanded that I return on time the following day.

The location is wonderful, super sweet and try to help you as best they can. Uhaul messed up, rented out the truck I had reserved (26 footer) and instead gave me a smaller one (17 footer). Made it where I had to make multiple trips, promised me a$50 credit and did not give it to me. Very disappointed with Uhaul as a hole.

Hello, My customer service associate Amanda Skipper was so extremely friendly, patient and has excellent customer service skills. She is a pure asset to U-Haul and So Cal Hay & Grain. 1 complaint I did have was that the truck windshield was so extremely dirty and the windshield wipers were piled with leaves so it was really hard to see at night. I feel the cab should of been wiped down a little cause the steering wheel was sticky and filthy especially during this germ infested time we are in. Everything worked out great other than that. Thanks again U-Haul, I appreciate the services.

I Really can't think of anything Service was great as far as booking my U HAUL very nice helpful kind staff very sweet young lady working in the front Ty they made that part easy for me as far as the move went 😁

The truck with absolutely filthy; however, the district manager was gracious and gave us a discount. We cleaned the truck before we returned it but forgot to ask for the discount. We went back a week later, and they figured out a way to reimburse us. Very pleased with the final outcome.

1st- I never received a paper copy of my contract. 2nd- There was a mile more then what contract said. 3rd- The back of the Truck ...inside where you put the stuff in was really dirty and it dirty ALL MY STUFF! 4TH- I never received a paper copy of my final fees.. 5th- $30 service charge to fill up the tank is CRAZY!

Over this weekend, we rented three trucks. Out of the three two trucks needed to be serviced. The both needed oil changes. To keep up with the regular maintenance.

I was charged almost $400! my receipt claimed that i used the rented trailer for over 300 miles! I did not drive more than 40 miles , called and a lady said they did noticed a mistake was done and i would get refunded, almost a week later and still no refund!
