The online check in process could be repaired. They kept insisting I give another person as a contact. I didn't immediately have anyone whose name and phone number I could give. I don't give out people's personal information without their prior consent. As a result, the UHaul national people made me late in meeting the moving help hired through the UHaul website.scot M.

It was extremely difficult to update the reservation to add time. I was on hold a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes from the main uhaul support number. Online was no help as it directed to call.Curtis David D.

I had called the day before and never had a return call. My truck was broke down and I needed a rental to continue my trip. I had someone drive me to this location and had to wander around to find someone to help me. The person acted like it was their first transaction. They were not friendly and acted put out to help me. However, I was able to rent a truck and continue my trip so overall it was a positive experience.Joseph M.
When I arrived to drop trailer off, I went inside and a male subject who was sitting at a desk behind a window said in snide voice, "Can I help you?" I advised that I was dropping off a trailer. He said, "Just back it into an empty space" while still not getting up to assist me. I backed the trailer into an empty space and and went back inside the building. Still seated, he asked, "Is there a problem?" I said, "You're not going to come out and unhook it", and also asked if there was no customer service here. He finally got out of his chair angrily and stated, "I don't need your attitude." I advised that I don't have an attitude and that every time I have rented a trailer, they have hooked it up and unhooked it and inspected it. I advised him that I have a bad back and he said that I should have said that in the first place. I advised him that I shouldn't have to. He unhooked the trailer and I then left. I don't know if he inspected it or not. Will never use this location again. Zero customer service and rude.kelly S.

U-haul needs to look at there system programs and factor in when doing miles that there needs to be consideration that most people are not picking up trucks and such in the same place that they are using it. Where I had to pick up was fifteen miles from where I actually was moving from. This is because there is only one Uhaul place in the area that I live in, and this is the case in many areas especially in West Virginia. I am not saying that I won't use you again, your company is the most reasonable and easy to work with but I feel that you need to take certain things when it come to miles in to consideration. I'd recommend the location, but I was beyond stunned at the price for one way; it was much too expensive. I was a bit shocked at getting a cleaning bill. The move was with all clean things, plus I only needed a 10' truck, thru said 20 was all he said was available. I won't use this again for a one-way move.linda W.

The uhaul dealer claimed 4 days later after i returned the equipment that I damaged it. He never called me etc. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and I am contacting an Attorney about a possible lawsuit against uhaul for fraud.edward B.

The pick up process was a total nightmare. I did the on line registration in advance. When I was contacted by a UHaul rep I ordered a dolly, pads, straps and the bars that help hold things in place. It took an hour from the time I arrived at 9am as scheduled to find the truck on the lot it was not where the app said it was and I had to hunt fir it. When I pulled it up out of the back and up on the lot and opened the door it was completely empty. No pads, dolly, straps nothing. I expect a refund. Man working was not very helpful. The tongue was too close to the surface. After the trailer was loaded it was even closer to the surface. Someone other than a U Haul employer was able to flip the hitch and ball over to where it sit up off the surface more. We had a long trip and did not want any problems.carmen R.

The individual I returned the equipment to was not helpful and acted as though it was an inconvenience to deal with me. He had my husband go through lots of effort to put the trailer exactly where he wanted it and then told him to unhook the trailer himself. Unfortunately, this is the only UHaul in this area otherwise, I'd go elsewhere!Lisa H.
