Everything went very smooth.
JAnice NThe gentleman that helped me was covering for two managers that called out sick. He could not upload my license on the computer. I repeatedly told him . Do Not charge my credit card! I used it only to reserve the truck! Finally I received the keys for the truck. Rented it for only 4 hours. Returned it to the same location by 9pm that nite. I was told to contact Adrian king in Rockledge for payment… Well! Checked my credit card and your company did charge my card!!! You charged me 43 dollars ( false advertising saying 19.99 for 4 hours ) and also my credit card went over the limit! They charged me!!! And total amount I have to pay now for renting your 10’ truck is almost 90 dollars for 4 hours!!!!! I called yesterday to get this possibly fixed .. talked to a woman by the name of Misty . Extremely stressed out by everything yesterday . And I contacted you x2 and no Answer back 😡

James LThe speedometer in the truck we rented didn't go about 20 mph The gentleman that helped us at this location was wonderful. Our reservation had been transferred to a different location without notification. This location didn't have the truck we reserved, however, the person working that morning was amazing. He started calling around to see what happened. He could see our reservation but it was never transferred to them. He was quick to help and rented us a different truck and canceled our original reservation that was changed without notification. I was very thankful for his help and professionalism.
Jessica HThe truck was clean but it had a very strong odor that needs to be addressed. A deep clean would be a great improvement. Other than that, the experience was easy and convenient. Uhaul’s customer service rep at this location was very nice, professional, and helpful through the entire process. We would definitely use this location again without hesitation.
Ferdinand FUsed the App but did not give code to Box. Had to go inside and be given codes. While working to do that they also had two of us with the same truck number. spent 45 min of my rental time (5 hours) working to get that fixed. Glad I gave myself more time.

william gThere was no place to park the truck. Then I was charged an extra day even though I brought it back a day early. Also I was charged for extra miles even though the original agreement was unlimited mileage. Also something about coverage for $14. Total I was charged an extra $68.15 after I turned it in early and in good condition with enough gas and very little usage.
Stephen JWas given this location to drop off tow Dolly. She tried to send me to another drop point. Finally said (quote) just leave it. Very rude!!!
JESSE AThe hubs stayed cool throughout the trip showing proper maintenance (grease and torque). The only issue was that the initial check of the tire pressure (at home and cool) was the tires were inflated to 85 psi which is 30% over maximum pressure and quite dangerous. Pressures were reduced for the cross-country trip and tire temperatures stayed nominal throughout.

Paul ECommunication was below standard, I was very disappointed. I was overcharged and felt under valued as a customer.

Ernest LThe fenders were broken in a few places on the car dolly, also the straps were very frayed and the piece that holds it off the ground was laying on the ground next to it that was welded on the tongue also very hard to ratchet the straps down, I bought the 10,000 insurance because I was scared to use it but had no choice

Kevin SJust one thing about the truck - it seems the brakes were a bit less than they should be - it took a lot of strength to get them to engage. Also the steering was a bit shakey. There was a lot of play in the steering. HOWEVER, Adrian at the Storage King was fabulous to work with.

Gary GThey guy was very nice, but not good at explaining what he was adding or removing from what I had already selected online. He took off the insurance and finished the transaction. When I realized what he did, I asked him to fix it. He said he couldn't but uhaul 800# would be able to. Uhaul 800# said they couldn't. Emailed uhaul, they said guy at location could have within 30 minutes of rental. If that is true, why didn't 800# guy offer that? Guy at location also did not tell me to expect a txt to document any damage before I left. Didn't get it cuz phone was on silent.
Mark BOffer a round trip price that does not include a 0.99 cent/mile charge. I drove the truck to Jax, Fl one way, had to drop it off and pick up another truck and drive it back to Cocoa Beach one way. When I arrived at the location in Jax, they did not have a truck, 12 matts, or a furniture dolly for me (that I paid for). I would like to be reimbursed for the matts and the dolly please.

Chris GI was impressed with the professionalism! I was pleasantly surprised that the 26’ truck got such good gas mileage. The truck was very clean and easy to drive. I would definitely recommend uhaul and specifically this location to anyone needed to rent truck
Deborah LAdrian was great. He was helpful and friendly. However, the truck I rented was filthy and full of dents and dings. It was obviously old, and had many miles on it, more than 88,000. I was concerned about it breaking down on the highway. I rent trucks to use for my business, and I need to have them in good condition. Very disappointed in the quality.
