Our truck was ready as requested, clean and in good condition. We drove all the way to New Jersey without any problems. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Not enough staff: renters with scheduled reservations were locked out of office and made to wait in the parking area past scheduled pickup times while sole employee shuttled drop-in potential storage unit renters around to look at storage unit choices. Untrained staff: when additional person did show up, she had no idea how to do a rental..."we don't do these where I usually work".

Terrible experience at this location. The wait was long and the customer service was poor. I even preregistration/booked it online to prevent any hassle and it still was a mess at this location. They really need to get it together and they customer service rep at the store rang me up wrong, you should tell the customer exactly how much they’re being charged before you ring them up and don’t say “Oops it’s too late” Storage Sense in Sebastian Florida is terrible.

Manager of the storage was very kind. I just cannot understand how a U Haul office can be only open from 10am to 2pm on a Saturday and closed Sunday. It’s as if the customer doesn’t matter. For this reason, I’ll use a different location next time. Oh, and the U Haul app is not user friendly on the pick up.

If you're going to send people to a U-Haul renter that is not a U-Haul storage facility you should not tell people they can get a month's free storage because I did not get a month's free storage I had to pay for my storage not a very good overall experience being with Uhaul

The customer care or service was appalling . There was no respect or care for the customer whatsoever. We waited in line for our reserved vehicle for approximate!y one hour. We were asked twice to go outside and they locked us and several other customers outside in 92° weather because they had one employee and they could not leave us inside the building without an employee behind the counter. Then when we returned the vehicle, there were three customers in front of us and at least five behind d us and the AGAIN locked us outside in the sweltering heat four times. One person in Front of us was told they had to wait for another hour for their vehicle waiting for the it to be returned. They had two employee on a Saturday and often both were out in the lot and therefore we got locked out. They were ridiculously slow and continue he'd to blame the Uhaul network. We called in a complaint to Uhaul and they said the network was down the day before but not the day we waited for about an hour and a half to return our vdhicle. The person that took our call was supposed to have a supervisor call us back.NO ONE called us. Poor customer service, disorganized management and disrespect and appalling treatment t of the customer. We asked to be reimbursed and still we have not heard from anyone. 412-498-3290

After a 19 hour drive and unloading the trailer I had rented and contracted to drop off at this sebastion location. I was told by the lady in side that I can leave the trailer at this location and had to find another. So I am supposed to drive around and do her job after this?? My contract said to leave it there and I was going to do so.. After an hour on the phone with the 1-800 number, being transfered about there scheduling department. She came running out saying leave it here and I will take care of it, as she should have done in the first place. She stated she had only a few spots dedicated for U-haul... That is not my problem, I went by my written contract. She was VERY rude, and no help what so ever. Why wasent she the one on the phone finding a solution. I believe I am due a partial refund due to this waste of my time and the end of a long journey.

My rental order stated that the truck was due back to the drop off location at 9:45 am and the app gave me the option to check the truck in virtually. However, the office at the drop off location was not open and they posted a sign stated that trucks left during non-business hours would be charged $100. This is ridiculous. The truck should have been listed as being due back at a time that couldn't be used. On top of it all, when I came back at 10:00 am when they opened there was a long line and the man behind the counter was basically complaining how everyone tries to drop off trucks Sunday morning at the same time. If they had a drop box this wouldn't be a problem. He told the people in line that he was considering only accepting drop off appointments to avoid the line. The store was nice and clean but it was a very inconvenient situation which wasted almost an hour of my time.
