We had no problems with the truck rental....and the u-haul dealer had superb customer services. But beware of using moving help through the sight. We used We Haul Movers from Cary, NC and they went through our stuff and took bins with video gaming systems and games..thousand of dollars worth.

Check in process is a pain. I gave all of my personal information to the attendant when I reserved. When I went to pick up my rental, I was asked for the same information again via the mobile check in process. Then it took 45 minutes to get approval. Not customer friendly!!!!

I can’t recall the lady’s name who helped me. She was really nice and accommodating. This location is super busy so it would be nice to see her have some help so she’s not burned out too quickly. She’s a great asset to the company and I would hate to not see her the next time we rent a van. She loves her job and it shows in her attitude and willingness to listen and help. I’ve seen companies burn out the good employees so please show her that she is appreciated!

Pricing was a little high especially when another price is what is advertised. Hidden fees is shady, but I guess that’s uhauls a business model.

This is not the location I chose. I reserved at another locatio, but was told I had to go to another location. When I gotvto that lication the doors were locked and nobody was there. I calked uhaul and they reseved me a truck at this location. I have no qualms with this location, just with uhaul in general.

Brian was the most pleasant storage employee I have ever met. I have used other facilities and the staff is horribly unfriendly. The storage facility itself is clean and nicely set up!!!

The left brake / turn / flasher light did not work when I picked up the trailer. The facility was ill equipped to fix the issue, and I had to spend an additional two hours taking the trailer to another location for repair. Please do a proper inspection on your trailers before you drop them off for rental. This was a very frustrating way to end an already long day of driving for me.

I was in such a bind and had to get my stuff into storage in less than a week. I was absolutely panic stricken, but I went up to StoreSmart and they took care of the storage unit and the truck and listened to me and saved my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told that the “check engine” light was on before I drove away. I was told that I could take that truck or I could wait for another one. I was on a schedule where I had movers waiting so I decided to take the original truck. Everything worked okay but today on Christmas, I checked my bank account and my debit card has been charged twice for your service which has caused my account to be in a negative balance. My experience was awful because I was not charged the rate that was provided to me during the initial rental agreement (over the phone). I had refused to sign the contract upon the return of the vehicle because I needed to speak to the manager to resolve my issue. (At the time of the visit at the store, I had the customer service rep on the phone to advocate for me by telling the in-store rep that " the price he charged me was not the price they quoted to me". I refused to sign the contract until speaking with a manager and I was told by the customer service rep at the front desk that he will not charge my card until the manager reached out to me. It was near closing time and I was rushed out of the store and my issue was not resolved. The next day; while waiting for the call from the manager, I realized that my Debit card was charged without my permission.

Please don’t send your customers to three different sites. Please have the rental equipment available at the site your customer expects to go to. Please do not call your customers 20 minutes before they are supposed to pick up their truck and change their entire reservation on them. Please streamline your customer service reps so they do not give your customers completely different information. I will not use uhaul again after my experience today.

I had a big mix up with my initial reservation when I went to pick up my rental. Thankfully I was given a number to call and spoke with James Crews who went above and beyond to help straighten out the situation. I was astounded by the level of customer service James provided and will continue to use Uhaul for all my moving needs and refer Uhaul to friends and family.
