Inspect the truck I rented bcuz the transmission needs maintenance.

Everything was fast and easy. There was a conflict in hours online. I picked up an hour later because online had a different opening time. But all worked out fine. Also, would prefer less to do online ( download license, pictures etc)

The service was terrible. The agent could not process a cancellation after I needed to cancel the vehicle due to the following issues; truck had no gas, the level was below E, and heavy smoke odors in the cabin. Additionally, the interior was very dirty on the second truck. It took almost an hour to rent the truck today. This is totally unacceptable.

First of all, it doesn't say to pick the key up at a laundry mat, which has no name on sign, except laundry mat, this is just weird. So figuring all this out took a good 15 minutes of going around the parking lot. The person at the laundry mat was nice and got me the key. The vehicle was okay, not dirty but not clean. When I opened the back all the blankets were everywhere and the dollies also were not hooked up. It all turned out okay and now that I know where to pick up exactly, I would probably use this place again. It was more not having the detailed/correct information upfront for pickup.

Was in a laundromat, no signs anywhere that this was a U-Haul location and the check in process was awful and took much longer than expected

Maybe they should park the truck, away from the commercial dumpster. That way we can avoid the bugs in the cargo area

truck had 1/4 or less fuel in it yet they charged me extra 30$ for fuel service. lady was rude and never told me anything about fuel

Truck was clean but smelled extremely bad. Owner of this particular location was absolutely horrible. Did not want to provide me with the truck I rented. She wanted me to go pick it up from somewhere else and spent 45 minutes arguing with me about why she did not want me to have it. She used terms like “you people” which showed me she has an issue with African American people. Even with the U-Haul representative on the phone hearing everything and asking her what is the problem all she could say is she doesn’t know why they won’t just have me go somewhere else to get a rental. Then she turned around and told me I had to stay in the area to use the U-Haul because she does not want it far and that she would slap me with so many fees it wouldn’t make sense if I came back even a minute late because “you people don’t bring anything back on time” . I have NEVER experienced such terrible and demeaning service at U-Haul. Definitely a poor representation of this company. Get your U-Haul from somewhere else. This location is HORRIBLE if I could give negative stars I would give -5.

Did not have equipment, woman was rude at check in, not there during check out even though it was during regular business hours, changed my contract without informing me, and sign my name on on the documents. And then when I called uhaul then acted like all of that was ok. I got transferred to 6 people while talking to uhaul 3 of which were down right nasty human beings. I filed a complaint with uhaul and requested a call be I bet they don’t call me back. And mode you I have spent over 3000$ with them in the past 3 years. Also there was no documentation of the truck damage prior to getting the truck so if you don’t do it yourself seems like they are trying to set people up to have to fix their crap trucks.

Truck smoking/ fire and leaking coolant. Rented a truck with a broken seal and no coolant in it.

The location does not follow the process as prescribed by U-Haul. The key was not in the drop box. I had to go inside and ask someone at the laundromat about it. If I was picking up the vehicle after hours, I'm not sure how this would work.

I was charged a gas fee. I drove 15 miles and put 3 gallons of gas before returning the U-Haul. I have reached out to customer service and have not heard anything back in two days. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card

Because is not really UHUAL store and you don't know what you sign . When I return the item didn't get received until now. Is B. S. Period. Not recommended.

The lady who was there refused to give us a final receipt after we returned the van. She was dishonest and told us that the gas was not on a full tank which it was. He had a worker go out to verify and he confirmed that the gas was full. She became upset and started using profanity towards us. We again asked for a final receipt. She again said that we would not be getting a receipt. We asked her if she treats all of her customers disrespectfully. She began yelling at us and told us that she is a racist and to get out and not come back. This woman does not deserve employment, especially employment that involves working with the public. Very poor service. The vehicle has beer bottle tops in it and had a very foul odor. WE DOT NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! SHAMEFUL!
