Only dropped off trailer, no personnel needed

ALVIN MThe driver side windshield wiper needs repair as it doesn’t function as designed. When I turned on the wipers it didn’t work and I had to get out of the truck and manually push that blade back and forth. I had purchased the safe move insurance so I had no worries about being charged for that. The windshield also needed cleaning to which I spent about 25 minutes attempting to remove bugs from the windshield at my first fuel stop.
PAUL SRequested 2 Dolly’s and at pick up was told they didn’t have any, would have been nice to know that before pick up! Also the gentlemen at the store was in a shit mood for some reason and thinks yelling is a way to talk to other adults, dude. We’d to chill out and just do his job.

ERNEST MThe 24/7 system didn't work so I had to wait until 8 for the location to open. He had to resend the checkout link to me twice with no luck. I took photos of the new damage and pointed it out to the manager. Somebody opened the rear door and left it open and there was almost 1 inch of snow and ice in the rear of the truck. The door didn't latch so the manager came out with a shovel and a torch and at least got the door to close. I bought a bag of water softener salt and it was cleaned up in about an hour. When I got the ice cleaned up and dried the floor of the truck I checked and I had several links to check out the vehicle, so I tried, tried, and I tried again. It kept kicking me out and I would have to start over each time. Finally I gave up. The rear end of the truck needs some work done on it and I told the rep about it when I returned it.
LANCE TThe only thing was that 3 hours driving the A/C started cutting off, making a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
JOSE MClerk told me i didnt have a reservation because i gave him my FIRST name before my LAST. This could have gone horribly for my situation. Service tech who hooked up the trailer was friendly
REED BIt is not the location’s fault that the equipment was old and not completely usable. We had to check three of the trailers that they had in their lot until we could find one that worked completely. One had pop riveted trim on the tail lights so the gentleman could not change the bulb that was lacking. So we moved to a second trailer where the chains did not work. They were too large and would not fit. The third one was fine, but very old and rattling.
JOHN TThe vehicle I rented . I have a concern in reference to the brakes they squeak when applying them. They should check for safety measures.

JACK BI can’t think of anything you could do to make it better. The service was fine and the location was easy enough to get in and out of.

Michael BThere was no designated parking and the personnel were no help when asked. A lot of shrugging. A young man collected the keys and declined to check the gas, inspect the vehicle or accept the packing blankets we rented. My husband questioned our liability because of his refusal to "check in " the truck and his reply was, "dude, I just need the keys". I'm now worried that we will be held responsible for something.

Anthony SThe location was fine but Uhaul itself is a joke. Ive used them three times now in a years time. First time on the day of our move the equipment was not where it was to be so took a few hours to get equipment and then needed a tire. This past week rental, they never put our discounted rate in so we paid full price for rental which was not the deal. This weeks rental was somewhat upsetting because of trying to return the truck. Web site was down, store was closed and customer service would not help to check in back in. Stay away from Uhaul.

Christian HOverall experience great. They called the day after I made the reservation to let me know the size I ordered wouldn’t be available instead of the day I picked it up. I appreciated that because it showed true professionalism and courtesy to the customer.

IHOR HKeep providing good service! Manager/Owner help me take off our car and was very willing to help and was super friendly. He’s sets a standard that all his employees maintain and focus on the customers. I chose this location and glad I did!
