I dropped off my rental the day before it was due, but the dropoff location apparently did not log the return. I was charged two days of late fees because Uhaul wasn't informed that it had been returned early. Be able to reach you people on a regular line without waiting 45 minutes with the machine continually repeating the same message, humans being unavailable to contact you to find an alternative drop off site end and then being charged $147 or more because of it being dropped off in the wrong place and being missing for two weeks, very disappointing. I never signed a contact. No one looked at the uhaul with me or went over any details. The uhaul was disgusting, trash all over the floor, sticky goo on dashboard and parts of the truck were falling off. Almost out of gas! It sounded as though it was going to either fall apart or die. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. What a shit show!Gretschen L.
Was extremely disappointed that I had to drive across town to pick up the truck when I had 2 actual UHaul dealers (not gas stations) within 10 minutes of my house. Could not access on line info to rent when at location after 45 minutes of being there & on hold with uhaul whom never took me off hold the location worker said I can check u inâ€¦ when ask why u she didn't offer 45 minutes ago her response â€œyou did not askâ€ I was willing to write off this portion of my bad experienceâ€¦. It escalated when my wife got a call from uhaul stating we were late on rental & needed to know where the vehicle wasâ€¦â€¦â€¦ now at this point VERY CONCERNED where is the vehicle that was only gone few hours not including the hour on the front end of getting the rental from the location only driven 14 milesâ€¦..vehicle returned more than 2 hours before location closed.. Why is there no recordsâ€¦I don't plan on renting from uhaul anytime soon & if I have too try to avoid this locationâ€¦.. Feel free to refund ANY portion of the rental paid â€”- future coupons or credit not the answer on this what should have been a very simple non stressful rentalDonald W.
The vehicle was filthy inside. The staff told me I had to make my booking online, they could not do it in the store. When I returned the vehicle the girl said she could not or8mt a receipt. She said it had to come from U HAUL. I brought the vehicle back to the Super Mart with a full tank of gas and I was charged 18 dollars as the receipt read that it was only 3/4 full. My wife went to the Super Mart to question the gas charge and the man there was very rude and yelled at her. He said take it up with U HAUL! Megan Murphy with U HAUL was GREAT! Very courteous and understanding. She solved the problem. I will never use the Super Mart location again, the are not helpful at all and are very rude. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The man yelled at a customer. Unbelievable!John C.

There was a cover attached to the drivers seat that came off every time I got up and it was very Uncomfortable. The check engine light was on and made me really nervous, the vehicle also pulled a lot on the road and it made me even more nervous. This is not okBrandon W.

The drop off was questionable. It's a convenience store. There was no signage that let you know that it was a uhaul rental place. Not one that I saw. The way we did know was because there was 2 other uhauls in the lot. The lady behind the counter just looked at us so we asked is this where we drop off for uhaul. She said â€œyesâ€. I said what do you need? She said â€œ just give me the keysâ€ so we have her the keys and asked if she needed anything else and she said no. We left. I did call uhaul. To make sure everything was ok because I wasn't comfortable with just walking away without signing anything.THOMAS T.

Actually get all the stuff out of the truck for the next person. Provide an appliance dolly if the website says it's available and the customer pays for it. Fix the check engine light cause why is the check engine light on. Put the return key box somewhere visible not behind a concrete barricade near the ground completely hidden.Richard J.
Clean the floor of the vehicle might be better but I could use the vehicle without a clean floor. I didn't like the online check out and check in The picture taking portion of the check out kept telling me my phone's memory was low causing me to delete some pictures in order to complete the check out of the vehicle.Edith H.

Located out of a convenience store in Kennedy Township. Not the cleanest vehicle I've ever been in, but excellent customer service. They totally saved the day when Uhaul pickup location somehow -- at the last minute and without a heads-up -- was moved halfway across town. Super nice, helpful staff.Bonnie P.
I got charged $16 for fuel even though I filled it up to the exact marking of 5/8. Not a good experience. Uhaul inside seating was dirty and had trash still inside. The hatch and storage space for loading the equipment was dirty and had a dried up pop/juice spot where the customer I was moving for made me clean it before actually starting moving their stuff. I expect a refund or price adjustment for this horrid experience. Thank you.Nicholas W.

Considering the abuse these vehicles take, the truck was clean. My only concern was the engine light was on. We were staying local and within 7 miles of each location, otherwise, this would have been a major concern. Employee at Super Mart was so nice and helpful!Trisha B.

The vehicle was not clean including spilled beverages in the cup holders which made it sticky..I checked in one but still had to checkin at the location..when I returned to the location they did not check the vehicle with me she just said she would go out later and take a pic of milage and fuel..so tell me what would happen if some damaged the vehicle ie..backing into it before she checked the vehicle..should I be responsible?? This location was horrible. They were extremely rude, called my elderly mother and said I was supposed to pick up truck at 9 am and they were going to give it away. I prepaid the entire rents in advance. So it was paid in full for the 5 days. It was extremely stressful as I was in an airplane flying in to pick up the truck for a one way move from pa to FL. The truck was absolutely filthy. The cab had spilled coffee everywhere and the steering wheel and seats were sticky and dirty. I wiped the entire cab down with lysol wipes prior to my move.Bradley B.

For this location i think they should have a uhaul worker instead of a store clerk doing the job of a cashier and a uhaul representative. The employees did a good job helping me but had other tasks to do before answering my questions like cashing people out for store goods so there was a small wait and some confusion for me. I was overcharged. The vehicle was on empty when I got it. I only went 5-6 miles. Put 2 gal gas in and still was charged $68. Whenever I got the truck to the house to load it I opened it up and saw the dirt inside I called and reported it to the location and they just said okay, when I returned the truck back I told them about the fact that it was dirty when I received it and the guy just laughed and said oh okay and then called customer service after I return the rental and they told me that they were going to get in contact with the district manager the district manager ended up calling me and then told me that he was going to drop the $20 clean-up fee which was never assessed to clean out the truck the guy at the store just didn't know how to charge for the rental of the appliance dolly so he put it as a clean-up fee so I never got any kind of compensation for the fact that the truck was nasty and disgusting from either the district manager, the store manager, or even the employee at the place I picked it up from!ellen P.
