I went through the online process to pick up my reserved truck and after completing the process the website instructed me to go to the counter to pick up the keys. But it turns out that the business had moved their office to a different location so the doors were locked and there were no employees onsite but there was a sign on the door with a number to call for assistance. I had to call twice because my first call went unanswered. The person I spoke with told me the combination to the lock of the cargo door and that the keys were inside but I couldn't get the lock open with the combination that I was given so the person on the phone told me that he'd come over to help. He arrived after a few minutes and came over to assist me and it took him several minutes to get the lock open. When he finally got the lock open the keys were not in the cargo area so he had to go inside to search for they keys which took several more minutes. He was not wearing a mask the entire time interacting with me (I was wearing a mask the entire time) so I imagine this business has no concern for COVID safety measures for their customers.Darrell F.

Very rude at pick up. Then I left a message the following week- no phone call back. I called 1-800 --Uhaul and even the customer service rep couldn't get anyone to answer the phones. I have used UHaul for 25 years, and moved across country 5 times in their trucks. Not just this location, but the entire experience was horrible.heidi S.

Place additional rented equipment ie. Dollies etc in truck/at facilities where truck is being picked up. Or, provide detailed instructions on procedure for obtaining equipment prior to arrival to pick up truck and equipment.Paul O.

Always ready to serve great location customers are friendly staff is very friendly my go to for uhaul needs. Also a very familiar storage facility in Rancho Cordova so it's a pleasant experience for the uhaul as well as your storage needs. Quick service no hassle no misunderstandings all good in my books.
