There was absolutely no effort to do more than register me, and point me in the direction of the trailer. I wound up with an ancient looking unit with almost bald tires. When I reneged, I was accommodated, and again â€œpointed in the direction â€œaround back - look for the reg. numberâ€. Zero effort to even ask if we needed help hooking up! I'll admit I am a pretty healthy looking 80 year old, but I would expect more. The franchise is just easy, ancillary income for this business. I tried to select a much bigger dealer, same street and your automated system kept wedging me into small, marginal outlets! Hmmm.Lawrence M.
Web Interaction needs to be better... but so many variables out of your control maybe it's as good as it can get. Overall.. the pickup and approval process is pretty slick. The return process failed on me, but through "Contact Us" and "Online Chat" the next day, easily fixed. Overall EXCELLENT. Equipment was good.Walter O.

The location changed on me and I was not notified until. I was at the original location and they said I did not have a truck for me. I had to call In and they then took care of Me. After driving an hour and a half, it was frustrating to find out a truck was not available or to learn about the new location. If I would have been texted the information, it would have solved the whole issue and made for a better experience.GUILLERMO M.

The equipment had just been dropped off but the renter didn't take care of it properly . Now the staff at T&C Pawn are the reason I rented the uhaul from them. They are good people and have always treated me right even when I didn't go into their shop to buy anything . They are about the only thing I'll miss out of Brunswick GeorgiaRobert O.

There was a roach in the car. Also, I have two pending charges when I was supposed to have only one. It really irritates me that I can't have my money back. Not to mention this location wrongly put the time I return it when I return it exactly at 4:06pm. I hope this is fix ASAPShmaya W.

The U-Haul technology department should all be fired!! I've NEVER been able to reserve, check-in, and pick up my rental WITHOUT a problem. Perhaps y'all should get a different vendor. The app doesn't even work a little and the web site check-in doesn't and has never worked.JOHN L.

The folks at T&C Pawn were downright Awsome!! U-Haul screwed me terribly. I had a 10' truck and an auto transport. Except , hey NO AITOTRANSPORT. I had to drive an hour back down my route to pick up a transport. I was stuck !! Really not happy with u-haul at all for this screw up.jim N.

In my reservation I requested a hand truck. When I arrived at the UHaul location, they did not have one. They sent me over to another location and promised to call them to alert them to my arrival and request. When I arrived at the next location, the clerk was quite rude and made me wait 15 minutes only to tell me he didn't have a hand truck. While my account was credited the hand truck rental fee, it is ridiculous for a customer to drive to another location (paying $.99 a mile to pick up a device that was supposed to be at the original location. I will definitely think twice before renting from UHaul again.Jennifer S.
Very dirty truck plus much more ... not to mention was offered something and actually got charged for the complete opposite. I called to ask why my credit card was charged twice and the lady was just brushing me off, in addition to that called me a liar when i know for sure what she said the day before . But let me tell you about the charge for fuel when i went to the gas station before dropping the keys. I can really go on and on about this location and my experience with them . I will never recommend this place . I have history with Uhaul and i am a regular but this is my first bad experience.Joan G.
The employee working was extremely rude and made us wait while she helped other employees on gun sales for the pawn shop and chatted with two other customers who came in after us, but I guess were her friends. I requested 12 moving blankets and she told me there was no way she could give me 12 because she wasn't going to give me all of her blankets. I ended up getting 6 very used blankets handed to me in a pile. None of them were folded or in plastic. She then told us to look on our contract for our equipment number and that she thought it was around back behind the building. And then she walked off to chat with the other employee and customers. And ignored me when I tried to ask her a question, until I finally left. We managed to find the back parking lot and locate the trailer and hook it up ourselves. She never verified we got the correct trailer or hooked it up correctly. No one checked to make sure we understood to plug in the lights for safety or anything. If we weren't fairly experienced in using a trailer, I could definitely see how this could have been a disaster.John B.

My son attends college near this location and customer service is always great. They treat customers great and are willing to help with whatever your needs are. 6x12 trailers need a Jack...they are very heavy and many of the u-haul locations are run by old men and/or woman that can't lift the trailer into the ball. I had to mount my trailer on the hitch the last 2 times that I rented...and my back hurts!!George R.

We (wife and I) picked up two trailers at this location (both 5x8) two days apart. Between the four tires, they were at 57, 51, 37 and 38 psi...my wife shredded a tire in her previous U-Haul rental, probably for that exact reason. Both trailers had burned out light bulbs, one was missing both retainer straps on the safety chains and required lubrication to fully crank it onto the ball, the renting location did not provide any hookup service whatsoever. The receiving location took one look at the electric hookup lead on one of the trailers, removed it and threw it in the trash. They (receiving location) were great!John H.

They just told me which one it was and that was it. I had to hook up everything myself at age 67 it is not fun. No inspection whatsoever if I hooked up it up correctly. The young man never came outside. The drop off point was very professional and they were great.Gloria G.
