The equipment was damaged in a way that was not apparent until use. When I attempted to contact the company to switch it out they did not answer the phone, and the office was closed when I returned even though it was during posted open hours. All the personal cars that were there when I picked up the equipment were still there when I returned, but the doors were locked. I made the equipment work, and when I contacted them the next day they said they make a note on the damage, but according to the location I dropped the equipment off at they did not.Bradley P.

The guy who gave me my truck and auto transport literally screamed at me, telling me the money wasn't taken out of my account even though I showed him it was, gave me the wrong trailer and when I called to tell him he hung up on me. Your gas policy is ridiculous. I received a truck that only had a quarter tank of gas â€¦ I did not have enough gas to go the 112 miles I needed to go. Therefore I had to stop on the way - estimate how much gas I would need to get to my destination and leave the tank at 1/4 full (the level I started) The tank should be full every time a renter picks up the truck and should return it full or it should be filled by the companyâ€¦Steve S.
The building was freezing cold. It was disorganized. The U-Haul trailer I was given had a flat tire and caused my to jackknife driving it. This experience was very poor. I liked that there was enough U-Hauls available, but the employee couldn't find keys and his boss wouldn't answer to help to get them. Very disorgzized.Matthew G.

We've rented from this location numerous times and never had a problem before. When we picked up our truck this time, the truck had almost no fuel (39 miles until empty) even though the uhaul location is across the street from a gas station. The floor of the truck had dirt on the floor and there were multiple plant hooks hanging off the side rails in the back that made us think the prior renter used it to move gardening supplies. When we brought up the fuel issue to the clerk that was working we were told that is why we were given a discount of $40 off our rental, but due to current gas prices it took $62 across the street to get to half a tank. After having the truck for one day the check engine light came on for the truck so we brought it back a day early and finished using pick up trucks. When we arrived to turn the truck back in the location had an open sign lit up but was told that uhaul portion was closed and put the keys in the box outside and there wasn't anyone there to speak with about the truck. Was very disappointed in our experience as this has always been a great location to rent from.Anthony J.

I had made this reservation to be a contactless pick up. When I went to pick up the truck it was not even remotely ready to pick up. I had ordered an appliance dolly abs blankets and those weren't ready either. We had to let the truck run 30 mins before leaving so we could get the windows de-iced. The building is in horrible condition and smells like pot. I will never rent here again. Deplorable!!!Julie K.

Go to a different location, and DO NOT use the stupid return app. The place was supposed to be open until 6. I got their shortly after 5, and their signs said â€œopenâ€ and open until 6, but the door was locked. After knocking on the door, someone came and said that they were closed and to put the key in the box. I did that, and then noticed that I would be charged $20 if I didn't use the app to return the truck. Then, while in the app, it wants photos of inside the truck. I had already locked the truck and dropped the keys in the box. And, it's location service requirement wouldn't work until I found the right setting hidden in the iPhone. Big hassle! Then, when I called their today, I gave the guy my name and contract number THREE times, but he couldn't even find that number. Overall, just BAD!!Floyd F.

The truck I was given was highly damaged. The bumper was falling off, gladly I took a picture of that. While driving the bumper fell off, simple driving in town, we tried to "pop" it back on and that's when we realized that the dent was all that was holding it on! It wasn't until later that we noticed there was a hole in the top corner of the overhead so I didn't get a pic of that until we left the property. You could tell it was old damage that was not repaired correctly, HVac tape was used to fix said hole, which makes me wonder what the insurance money was actually used on since I'm assuming a claim was filed??? The brakes were bad on the truck and it felt so unsafe that we returned the truck early and now have to find other means to move. Also if you want to be treated poorly and talked down as a woman to and don't mind non-mask wearing Uhaul reps I guess TC Cab is for you, but I don't recommend them at all.LOLA S.
Horrible experience with everyone but the TC cab co. We were originally supposed to pick up our truck elsewhere and then drive and pick up the towing trailer. Upon arriving to the first location we couldn't get the website or app to let us do the 24 hr share so we called support. We were on the phone for an hour trying to figure that out. Finally we get the keys and get to get in and there is garbage everywhere and the check engine light is on in the first truck. So we call support again and finally figure out what our options are. We pick up a 26' truck and trailer from TC Cab and they were wonderful. Very helpful. We pack and get moving and about halfway through our journey, one of the chains snap on the trailer. So we stopped and called roadside assistance and they didn't come for about 2.5 hours when they had originally stated 1 hour. No one called to see if we had been helped like they said they were going to. Overall a pretty bad experience and wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone. We will be going with a different company next time we need a service like this.Alyssa H.

There was no furniture dolly included, although I had paid for one, and even called to confirm it the day prior! Four of the six tires were at half of the recommended pressure!
