I would highly recommend the Clean Machine if you need to rent a van or truck. It was so easy to sign up on line, the folks that helped with pick up and drop off, were extremely helpful and professional. I arrived a bit early and John took care of me right away. Nice people and easy process.

Overall great. One minor item - The windshield washer fluid was out,would of been helpful to have that to clear salt that gets on the windshield and makes it difficult to see at night.

While I usually use this location, there is another located closer to my house. I originally reserved at the location on Water St. In Framingham and went there to get the truck. When I got there I was informed that your system kicked my reservation to the Clean Machine location! No notice from UHaul!! But the crew at Clean Machine was wonderful to deal with as they always are.

Even though I intentionally made a pick-up reservation at 8:00am, there was no available staff on the premises for 20 minutes.

I was a little uncomfortable where there was no adjustment for the seat ,but otherwise the truck was perfect for my needs for that day.

The folks at the Framingham rental location were very nice and efficient. However, the truck I rented leaked VERY badly with water dripping from the roof in several locations. My furniture got soaking wet including a mattress. With the truck loaded I had to go to a hardware store to purchase plastic sheeting to cover my furnishings but ultimately I decided to go to a nearby rental center in Hyannis Mass to swap vehicles. I have photos of the dripping rooftop as well as soaked blankets and towels. The Hyannis folks were very accomodating but I lost three hours on my schedule. I was shocked to see that a truck could leak that badly and that I was able to see daylight in a few spots along the roof of the truck. I am worried about the mattress and the possibility of mold. I did not refill the truck at Hyannis as I considered the event as roadside assistance. Dave Sirois 617 816 7869

Inform persons re: EASY PASS. WAS NOT sure what to do there as found windows do not go Down and did not see a transponder in the truck. Perhaps U-Haul has this all worked out some other way.

The truck was very unstable when empty and full. The steering was really bad and it was hard to control the truck. It was a very bad experience driving and it put my life at risk

I got over charged for “gas” after i put $30 And left it on full , and all the hidden fees put the bill substantially over the top for a couple hours of use the people over charge for everything! Wont be recommending this place to anybody.

The availability is very tight at the Natick location on that day, but an employee patiently searched nearby locations and secured a truck for me at the Framingham location. Paperwork was simple and quick, truck had been cleaned and fueled. It really saved my day. Many thanks.

Location is not "inviting" but I will assume it was clean as I did not go inside. Man came out and immediately started processing my return. Brought cleaning equipment with him which was encouraging. Answered me questions around gas and tolls as well as extra mileage. Would have liked to receive a preliminary adjusted bill of some sort, but I can understand why that would be tough.

Please note they do car detailing / cleaning at this location. I got my personal car vacuumed out while making a UHaul delivery. It was great. Staff here was super helpful and organized. Best UHaul experience I've ever had !!!

alerting them to the after hours online procedure before hand will help them be prepared for the time and effort needed to successfully return the truck. Having a broom or dust pan handy to sweep out the truck would also be helpful and time saving. Took me significantly longer to return my truck because I was not aware or prepared. My phone died from from the length of the day and I was not able to charge it enough to get photos etc for the return process. Luckily a staff arrived to the location after hours and he was able to help support me in this return.

I was told that I could return the truck after 4 PM because the store would be closed without additional charge. In fact I joked saying I could take the truck for a joy ride since they would be closed, and the agent said, sure, since you're paying for each mileage! He never said I would have to pay a double rental rate. So I didn't rush back to return the truck. I ate dinner, relaxed, and upon returning the truck, I WAS CHARFED A DOUBLE RATE! Ridiculous. I will do my best to ensure my friends and family are aware of these deceitful tactics.
