I wish the u-Haul location was specified in the reminder texts and emails a bit better. I didn't realize that there wasn't a store front and it was just an orange box.Alexandra V.

Your entire system is broken. I went to three separate locations on Sunday to try and pick up a moving truck that was supposedly available, but when I arrived at each location there was no one there to provide the keys. I then tried calling customer support six different times, every single time the customer support representative Eventually just gave up and put me on a hold which eventually ended in a dropped call. This was the worst customer experience i have ever had. The agents on the mobile checkin were slow, impatient, and non communicative. The shop i was suppose to get the key from was closed with a notebook paper note saying they would be right back, which they werent. Trying to reach someone to talk to took 3 hours across 2 days, several transfers, and the promise of a call back from the general manager. This was beyond terrible.Richard B.
I waited a really long time to receive access to the keys, because I wasn't provided a lock box passcode. There was no one to help me on site with the issue. I waited over an hour on customer service calls, my first customer service call redirected me to call another number which took over an hour for an answer. I also rented a dolly which was not in the truck.Natalie T.
Was not able to pick up vehicle at all. Only needed code to lockbox but could not receive it, spent an hour on hold without any resolution. The host site was completely closed and there was no one to follow up with. No one answered my live chat messages. The app instructed me to go inside but it was impossible to do so. There was no one available to help and we had to just leave after over an hour. Then, we were charged 3x the quoted price. I do NOT recommend this u-haul site and will be following up with a representative to get a full refund if possible as there was literally no benefit to reserving this U-haul. My truck was ready with pads and a dolly. Everything went smoothly. It was a little disorienting to handle the entire pick-up without speaking to a human face to face, but there were no issues with the pick-up experience.Dwayne D.

This location did not have any organization whatsoever. The gentlemen assisting us did not have a computer to check us in, so he did so on his smart phone. The check in process was twice as long as any other uhaul check in I have ever experienced. Upon registering for my truck, I specifically declined the $70 optional coverage, and again during the check in process declined the $70 coverage, only to find out this gentlemen added it to my rental without my knowledge, ultimately wasting my money without my consent.Claire B.
