Used the app for p/u. 3 trucks parked within 5 inches of each other and completely parked with front ends into a row of high bushes-my truck was the one in the middle. I had to call my nephew to come climb over the cab of one of the trucks just to get into the middle truck to back it up....I took pictures ridiculous... also needed to document body damage before being told where keys were??? I couldn’t see the body of the truck... on return it says to put keys in drop box... no drop box available and they were closed an employee who was exiting the back door told me to leave them under the seat so I did. The note on the building said to keep keys until next business day well they were closed the next day and I would not be in town the following so under the seat they went... horrible experience

I had spoken with custom service and was told the truck I chose would have a ramp...it did not. I also paid for the $10 dolly and it wasn’t in my truck. My fault for not initially checking, but I assumed positive intent. When I returned the uhaul, I brought it up the person working and said I didn’t fill the tank and only used a little bit, so she was going to just waive the gas fee and use the $10 dolly charge to go towards it. Got my receipt and was charged $25 MORE.

I meticulously filled out all the requested info online, including DL info and then when I got to the location (with a great amount of trouble to find it) I had to take the time to provide all the same DL info along with opting out of ins. coverage. PITIFUL!!! A waste of my time!!!

Clerk that rented u-Haul was not knowledgeable with services they provided. She charged me for a dolly using their stores POS and the U-Haul app charged me again. Also, clerked explained they closed on Sunday and per her instructions I brought U-haul 2hrs after contract. I was charged for extra day. Clerk also failed to explain key return process. I had to make an additional trip on Monday to return keys.

Uhaul chose this drop site. Not a 24 hour drop site. They were closed before my truck was due back. So I couldn't talk to anyone. Also tried calling Uhaul 800 number 3 tumes and put on 10min plus hold time and never spoke to anyone!!!! So now charged an extra day at $56 because Uhaul could not provide another solution due to "high call volume" the website wouldn't allow me to drop off via online for unknown errors via webpage. Couldn't do much until this morning. Lady was friendly but also seemed unable to answer much of my concern.

Took almost an HOUR to get my truck I before-hand rented online. The entire process was a hassle. I returned the truck well before the 6:30pm deadline. It was 2:09, but the office closed at 2:00. I called the main SA number, was told to use the app to check the vehicle back in. The last step was to put the keys in a drop box. This location has NO dropbox. So i was told to put the keys under the front driver seat and leave the passenger side door open. I hope no one vandalizes the vehicle before Monday. I would strongly recommend you NOT rent from this location . Rent from a real (complete Uhaul) location.

The staff did not know what they were doing!!! They never checked the truck out to me in the computer so manager had to process the paperwork. Then I was overcharged $148.33 because they never checked the truck back in the computer and I returned the truck early! DONT RENT A TRUCK FROM HERE!!!!!

I paid extra for a piano dolly and 6 moving blankets and neither were in the Uhaul. I need a refund on these two items.

Picture of gas gauge was not correct nor was milage. I drove this truck 12 miles not 20. I called ur local rep Ron somebody at time of turn in never received any type of response from him. GREAT REP. I will be glad to take someone and redrive my route yesterday. I will submit a claim with my credit card co today to not pay this as it stands.

The store hours said they open at 9:00am. The clerk did not open the store until around 9:20am. I got he rental truck shortly before 10:00am and returned in under 2 hours. The store clerk charged me for second day of use. Very inattentive employee.

Poor customer service. Transmission on the truck was slipping. Couldn't get into reverse, was stranded for 3 hrs. 3 miles from the store and the gas light came on. Nothing reimbursed for time lost or the gas I had to put in when I was given it on empty. The worst and most miserable uhaul experience ever
