We did want to pick up by phone at 6:30am, but the trucks were locked inside a gate and so we had to come back later to pick up the truck. So that was not ideal. Otherwise, it was a newer, clean, ready-to-go truck. Guaranteed availability was very accurate. And the employee took careful time to explain everything to us despite having a line of customers waiting.Stephen H.

These folks really took great care of us on our return. We had 3 pieces of equipment which were all set up to be returned to 3 different locations. They took care of us so that we could return all the pieces to one location. They made it easy for us. I would definitely recommend them and will be renting from them in the near future.Eric T.

U-haul totally ruined my weekend. I booked well in advance for a truck in Logan for a 24-hour rental. They not only switched my location but they told me I have 4 hours before I needed to return the truck from the time I'd be picking it up. I had to rush to communicate this with moving helpers and then was notified after I was already done that the next people cancelled and I could keep the truck through the rest of the weekend. This location's representatives (don't work for U-haul) were very helpful and hate U-haul as much as I do. Here's how normal people run a business. A computer keeps track of the reservations and it doesn't allow double-booking. It also knows how to do math so when it says 24 hours,...it means it. Just another company that hides its face from the public and has nice people do their dirty work.Marcus L.

Gave my 26 foot truck that I had reserved to someone else. Just said sorry and offered the 50 dollar credit. Called uhaul 800 number, they gave me the other guys 20 foot at discount. Very unhappy with the store. Had to get a second truck at penske. Cost me a lot more money for their error. Don't use sprinkler store for uhaul and call ahead if you have to use them.Adam T.
The staff was fine and helpful. However I had ordered an appliance dolly. Staff indicated they did not have one and have had problems getting them into the store. Out of the hands of the staff to provide one. I did contact the other location...EKS Storage. They had one. Very helpful, but it was a little out of the way. Overall the location may want to look at improving its offering of additional items/equipment to rent. (It was a great sprinkler supply store though :D )Curtis C.

Long story short, there were only two positive experiences with this rental: the extremely kind customer who let me take OUR double booked truck, and the NON-UHAUL employee who happened to be at work early enough to rent me a truck that was promised before the location even technically opened. If "Corporate" wants to deal with customers instead of local dealers and franchises, they better learn about the locations' hours, availability, and number of available trucks at the locations.Dallen B.

I wouldn't recommend uhaul again to anyone the computer system is poor and the lights did not work on left side of trailer we were lucky we didn't get a ticket we even purchased a new plug to see if it was our plug. It was not because we hooked a different trailer to truck and it worked just fine I plugged the trailer in to my brothers truck also it didn't work then. We had to pay full price for a non working trailer. I will go with someone different if I rent a car hauler again. The boys at the store was good but the uhaul experience alone is what soured me.joni H.

I reserved online at first and didn't get the location or truck size that I requested. When I called the toll free number, I got the reservation at the exact location, time-frame, and truck size that I needed, it was terrific! It's not much of an incentive to reserve online, however.Carrie R.

This was not my preferred pick-up location. In fact, as I drove past my preferred pick up location, I could see that that location had the same size truck as I had rented. Instead, I had to drive 6 miles out of my way to get this rental.Brad W.

I was told that I would be receiving a discount when I reserved the rental over the phone but when I went to pay the guy didn't know what I was talking about and said that I should call you back. He also said that this has happened with other people that have rented equipment. When you say someone is getting a discount, you should let the business know that they should apply the discount.STEVE M.

This store has regular hours but they are not always open during those hours. Also, the agent, was not very good at listening and we had to repeat info.Christine W.

It isn't necessarily where I would want to pick up a U-haul. They obviously specialize in sprinklers and their skill-set does not translate laterally into uhaul expertise. There wasn't a lot of explaining or extra accessories (straps, dollies, blankets) on hand that I might be able to add last minute.AMMON T.

However, Operator of the location was very accommodating in curing and correcting issues caused by call center customer service personnel that gave faulty information and caused additional milage.JACOB W.
