Sarah HartThe location closed before advertised hours on the day of reservation, and didn’t make arrangements for after-hours key delivery, so customer care rescheduled my reservation to next day. On next day, they charged me $30+$16.2 additional in the final receipt (for fuel service fee), without stating those charges in the initial quote.
AJINKYA ARUN GUJARThe agent made out all the paperwork for a trailer that it turns out he couldn't get to. So, he told me to take another trailer that was handy but not cleaned out yet. I do appreciate the quick thinking and substituting another trailer so I could get on my way.

Brad KnoxAsked for a dolly with the truck and was charged $7 for the dolly. Got back to the house to start loading and there was no dolly. Thankfully a neighbor had one for us to borrow. Uhaul was not at the location we requested so had to drive extra mileage to get it and was charged for that mileage on the truck.
Laura BivensYou can start by quoting the correct price that will be withdrawn from bank upon rental. Then you can better explain drop off procedures to ensure on time return and avoidance of extra day charge. Then you can not charge an additional charge on my card while leaving the original authorization pending on my card causing me to lose 250 dollars of spending power out my accounts unnecessarily. Money still has not returned to account and a complete inconvenience has occurred in this matter now.

Jean AwadThere were cigarette ashes all over the inside of the truck, including a pack of cigarettes it smelled terrible. The back of the truck had to be swept out before we put anything on the inside. And then we were overcharged over top of everything I would never ever use U-haul again or advice anyone else.

Rick FergusonOnly problem I have is that the rental agreement says 4 days but I was aske to return the trailer 2 hrs before the end of my agreement. I rented the equipment at 10 am cst and was asked to return it at 9 am est which was 2 hrs prior to my agreement and it was not the drop off locations request it was U-Haul in general

The system was down at the time we were there, but he was patient and talked to us until the system came back up so he could complete the transaction. Excellent customer service.

George Hayesthere was no one in the office at the time of pick up so instead of picking up at 2 (like we reserved we didn't leave the place till 230 the office was a mess the man handed us a key to an unclean truck and didn't even check the truck for preexisting damages

Mike CunninghamThe process was a bit frustrating - none of the items I wanted were given - dolly, pads, etc. I wasn’t told until the day of. I had to give everything but a blood sample to get the truck rented and take it back. Just a bit frustrating, if I’m being 100% honest. That said, I’m sure people have returned trucks in terrible condition before and some of that is necessary. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the dolly and furniture pads so I could have gotten them elsewhere. Thank you though! Much appreciated!

bruce GilpinCustomer service was poor. They did not walk me thru anything. They did not tell me I needed to go online and upload pictures of how much gas it showed in it and mileage before I left. The tow button was on & I had to figure out how to turn it off. She just handed me the keys and said I was good to go. Will not go to that location ever again.

Mike FerreeThe only complaint is I had originally scheduled onlime my pickup to be in my home town several days prior to pickup date. I had confirmation from online but on day to pickup I was informed the Local location had no information of my reservation. It had changed to a location 25 miles away. Fortunately I was able to get there before they closed. The gentleman was very helpful and very professional. I had not received any call or email prior to scheduled pickup informing me of the change.
