Checking in on-line was a royal pain in the ..... There needs to be a longer window to pick up your rental from your set time. My total due was totally jacked up. It took a 45 minute phone call to resolve the charge.Jeff O.

Customer service was great! Being 71, I was unable to lift the tongue on the 6x12 trailer we rented. I had to ask third parties on both ends to help me connect & disconnect the trailer from our tow vehicle. UHAUL NEEDS TO HAVE TONGUE JACKS ON THESE HEAVIER UNITS.JIM W.

Online I had requested moving blankets and a dolly. They weren't in the truck and when we called, the guy said that not all locations had those available. It would be great if this was indicated on the website when making reservations.Nicole G.
I do not agree with the extra $18 charge I got on this. When I booked I wanted to return it to Antigo Pioneer feed on 45 right where I was but they made me drop it in Weston giving me this extra charge. I was on hold with cutomer service for over an hour to get this changed, while trying to unload truck. I am very disappointed and want this charge reversed! You need to do much better with customer service, it is aweful!!!!!!!MELISA T.

Hours of operation were listed on internet (open Sunday). Got there (after an hour ride) and they were closed. Hate not being able to walk around the truck with someone and make sure everything is ok. Otherwise everything was great. Truck ran perfectly, was easy to load and was comfortable.ROBERT D.

This was a great location for me, less than 5 minutes away. Check-in online saved time, and time in the office was minimal. U-Haul rep was very friendly and accommodating. Trailer was easy to hook up and pulled very easily. Very happy with my experience!Thomas P.
This was my first time ever trailering and the gentleman who helped me set it up was very kind and helpful. I was trailering my motorcycle to Missouri from Wisconsin and I followed SRKCycle's advise on tie down techniques on YouTube and my 2019 Versys 1000 SE LT +, and my "new-to-me" 2018 Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE was safely transported to and from. If I ever need to move my motorcycle again, I will definitely come back here to do it all over again. During my trip, I have zero issues: no breakdown, no tie-down areas coming undone or breaking off, ramp remained closed, tires lasted to and from in my trip, and trouble-free. I couldn't have asked for any easier time with trailering my motorcycle.Ceev Sue X.

The man who helped went above and behind as this was our first time driving a 26' truck with our 4 bedroom house packed inside of it moving out of state. He helped us load our hatchback onto the trailer and gave us tips to make sure it was secure. This was by far the best part of our entire experience with Uhaul.Elisha B.

Last week I stopped in at Total Rental Center to reserve a trailer. In the next couple of days I received text messages from UHaul and assumed they were about my reservation at Total Rental. When arrived at Total Rental to pick up the trailer, I discovered that your corp. changed my reservation to the company owned UHaul store. I was not happy about that. Total Rental was able to give me the trailer I needed that day and cancelled the trailer that was "reserved" for me at the company store. Please remember if your customers would want to do business with the company store we would go there ourselves. If we want to do business with the locally owned business that is where we will go. Don"t "steal" customers from your local dealers.Judy W.
There was much confusion about my return of the uhaul the man here told me i could return it Saturday morning and have a credit applied to my form of payment. I returned it Saturday (6/20/20) morning at 9:30 am and he was not able to give me paperwork at that time. I received a phone call Sunday afternoon asking where the truck was, then tried to call customer service to let them know it had been returned Saturday morning and they had trouble trying to figure out what was going on, never did get clarification that it was all straightened out and no credit has been applied to my form of payment either. Would be nice for someone to follow up on these things and ensure everything was taken care of. I have a busy schedule to make the calls to do so myself is difficult at times. It would be great customer service if it was to be handled and then communicated with the customer that it was.Victoria M.

Was closed which was fine, voicemail message said not back until Monday. My problem was the contract said when ready to drop off call the drop off location phone number. Since they weren't available I googled uhaul customer service. Held on hold for 15 minutes. Due to the long hold I left and when they answered said I had to go back and recall and they would help me. I called when I got back, held on hold for 5-10 minutes, and was then told that they don't help over the phone and it had to be done online. Confusing from the start of drop off which was disappointing.Sunni M.

The employee at the store at the time I dropped it off did not deal with U-Haul equipment. The person that did was gone and wouldn't be back for an hour. I was dropping it off early at an unscheduled time. I left a note with my information and left the trailer there. I think everything got checked in ok as I got an email the next morning with my final bill.Raymond B.

Give the customer the correct address and especially the DIRECT phone number. We spent over an hour trying to find the place with all the road construction and detours...a direct number would have gotten us in touch with the LOCAL person who knows what is happening.Kippian I.
