Best customer service!
Naoko K.This moving experience was terrible. We first set the reservation for the previous day at 7pm with a mobile check out, but when we arrived, there was no way to access any of the cars, and your support informed us that this location was misconfigured or something, so we wouldn't be able to access the van. They rescheduled us for the next day at 9:30am. When we arrived the next day, the office was completely closed and several other irate customers of yours were outside in the same situation as us. We talked to your support (who were very rude and unhelpful, including one person who literally said "Jeez!" and hung up on us because she wouldn't listen when we repeated three times the location we were at) and waited for over an hour and a half, until eventually someone entered the office and let us in. He said he had informed U-Haul that he would be late, and that we were supposed to be called (we never were). Because of the delay, I had to take off work to finish moving. We also wasted $40 in transportation costs because of the two missed reservations.

AMEENAH R.Reserved a 15 ft truck and chose this location specifically because it said reservation guaranteed. They only had a 10 ft truck, which meant we were unable to load all of our things in the truck for a single trip as expected. This added at least two hours to our move due to an extra round trip and having to find other people to help us move help since we had budgeted help for a single trip.

NISHA N.The van was dirty, poorly maintained and initially provided to me on empty. It was a huge inconvenience having to gas up immediately after receiving the truck. It was a hectic start to an already hectic moving day and finding gas in New York City is not easy. The return process was a bit confusing, as the return drop box for the keys was in a random parking garage next door. With a vague sign stating, “key drop.†Overall, this location leaves much to be desired. I would only choose a true Uhaul location in the future, as opposed to a Uhaul authorized representative location. Two out of five stars. Would not recommend.

OSCAR R.Guys believe the other reviews who said nobody was there when it's time to pick up your truck because thats my only and biggest complain. If your pick up is 9am /10:30 /11am /11:30am expect no one will be in the office to entertain and give you the keys well that happened to us in this location. The guy did come at 12nn..so please Uhaul team please be there on time and improve this matter because our time is important as well. Everything else is fine. Thanks!

Amanda M.Agent unprofessional he gave out incorrect information stating I could only have truck for 2 hours. When I returned truck he stated I didn't put gas in truck when I did and and to show receipt as well as picture taken of gas level before accepting truck. He then said I drove 95 miles where I only went to the Bronx he then said he made a mistake with a decimal when he put in the gas. I'm wondering how gamy other people he's doing this to if they are not paying attention like I did. Agent name is Ian on 117th street 3rd avenue. I will not be renting from this location anymore nor will I recommend anyone.

Carlos C.The lady at the desk was very helpful and, despite a long line, I was seen promptly and went from stepping up to the counter to stepping into a truck in less than two minutes. I definitely recommend doing the online check-in before you arrive - saves the staff (and other customers in line!) a ton of time. The truck worked great and the pricing was fair. I'd definitely use this location again!

robert G.Every time i go here it's a issue. First time no one was there at the time schedule. Another time when i was dropping off a parking attendant helped me & he really didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I always have to go here to make sure they close my contract. The day i drop off they don't close it so i have to go back and waste time out my day to have them close it in front of me. I just hate the inconsistency of this location in comparison to all the other locations they have

Makada M.The truck pictures showed it was great condition but when I picked up it was smashed in all sides. There were stones and it was poor in condition. The tire pressure light was on and I just returned it after driving 3 miles total as it did not feel comfortable. I should have received my money back but U-Haul did not care.

Worse, my van then had electrical problems which made us lose two hours during our move and led to a repair truck having to come and jump the vehicle. Not a pleasant day at all this time with UHaul.
