I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8 am but the facility was not open, I called and after waiting 40 mins to talk to someone i was told i would need to wait till they opened even though my account said 24/7 pickup. I lost an hour of move time and when i asked to transfer to someone to get me some compensation, the next person that came on the line asked what happened then proceeded to tell me that she had several other people in the line to speak to and she would have someone call back. I couldnt believe she was not going to help me because others were in line on the phone. what was I chopped liver. and of course no one ever called me back. I am not happy after losing 1 hour on a tight timeline we were on. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for the delay in timing and the rudeness with which i was treated by customer service. The location is not neat or well organized. It was difficult to determine who was an "official" employee and who was just a bystander. We needed to push for information such as hitch ball size, etc.. We were not shown features of the trailer such as the drop-down fender function which we had to find by trial and error. The neigborhood were the facility is located is not ideal and the appearance and "persona" of the facility did not inspire confidence.james P.
There was no entrance to the store, and I understand that the store was closed since it was Sunday, but they could at least have an entrance into the building to drop off the key and the truck.Joyce C.

The vehicle was covered in snow and ice and was not ready for pickup. Overall I felt like the attendant had no idea I was arriving and I had little confidence in his ability to complete the paperwork for the rental.Samuel H.
