The employee who accepted return of the truck was rude to our volunteer who drove your Uhaul vehicle. After your employee told the volunteer who drove the vehicle that we would be charged for sweeping out the back of the truck. There was nothing in the back of the drug, volunteer asked what we were being charged for - your employee told the volunteer "you can just go!"GARY C.

Needed and had reservation for 20' truck. They gave me a 16' truck stating it was 20'. Measuring proved 16'. Was told had to go to alternate location for 20' truck. Couldn't because had crew waiting to load truck. 16' truck needed 25% more trips and addition mileage charges.MIRON M.
Keep gas at a full level. I was charged 3 gals of gas at a higher rate after i filled it right were the level was. It was between 1/4 & 1/2. Closer to the 1/4 side. I put in gas right where i started.Paul U.

We were scheduled to pick up our truck at 7am but the key left in the lockbox for us was for the wrong truck. It took us 45 min to finally get a truck, defeating the purpose of paying for 6 hours. I submitted a complaint but have not gotten a call back as I as promised to.Kenneth S.

No one answers phones either on the uhaul help line or at this location. The u-haul app would not allow us to connect to the location when we returned the trailer on time preventing us from returning it on line. Call lines all seem to be unsupported. I was charged an extra day and an after hours service fee even though I returned the trailer right on time.ROCKY B.

U-Haul rep was not sure how to attach the trailer I rented. I showed him what to do. Pictures of the condition of the trailer were not current. Scratches on the unit were not in the pictures. Rep was worried because I didn't have the trailer back before the store closed. Your online service doesn't allow for 2 days and a couple of hours. The afterhours fee was more than the trailer rental. Next time I'll rent a trailer for a week and bring it back early. I can play those games too!Daryl M.

We usually rent from Oak Creek rental. I asked someone to call me regarding this location. The man at front desk said we were suppose to get online ahead of time to check in. Made us stand outside to register. The internet was horrible & it kept spinning. We couldn't put correct mileage in so I'm pretty sure we got ripped off in gas mileage. We were planning on using uhaul for storage and another truck rental. Most likely won't be happening now. It took a half hour... he did Adjust our time to accommodate our standing outside but it was so frustrating I will NEVER go there. I chatted online with your customer help but told them we were wasting our time trying to get things right. I asked for a phone call after our hours were complete. They instead ended chat and we received no call. Great job Uhaul. We always recommended you before but we were treated rudely.CARLOS R.

UHaul screwed up our reservation by scheduling our hired moved movers for the wrong day. Fortunately, the young man at the UHaul location and the actual movers were able to fix the screwup. Door was locked when I arrived after they were open and had to stand outside while I waited for the worker to go back inside the building. Didn't give me any instructions, just gave me the key and walked away. It's a good thing I had a relative that works at uhall to help otherwise I would've had no direction. I was charged insurance even though I have proof that I had declined it. The guy that helped me out seemed to have no idea what he was doing and you could tell he didn't want to be there.
