The moving company scheduled by U-Haul to assist with the move was not prepared to move the large items I had told them needed moving and they were not careful with my furniture. There was damage to some furniture and the front door of my house. I would not recommend Movers and Shakers on your list of companies to assist in moves.

The location is fine overall and I'm thankful they are here. It's great that I'm able to rent equipment when needed from Danes, or any U-Haul location. The U-Haul website is terrible! It's hard to navigate, shamelessly tries to upsell, and consequently is very wasteful of my time. Somehow, while navigating through the multiple pages of advertisements, I missed the fact that I'd agreed to return the equipment at 4:00 am. I tried to extend so I could return it when the location opened. The software gave me the notification that another family was depending on the equipment. This is blatantly not true. No one was coming to pick up that trailer at 4:00 am.

Evan KWe were happy with everything except for the advise to not check out the truck because we had insurance. Come to find out when we arrived at the load site the gas cap was off and we only had a half of a tank of gas. The contract stated to fill the tank to full so we did. We did what the contract said and then when we took it back we told the associate who said we should have just filled it to half a tank. Crap. lesson learned. Always check it out even if we have insurance as we did not get any of our overage of gas returned in payment.
