There was a queen sized mattress in the back of the van that belonged to a previous customer. The agent said she looked at the equipment before we picked up and didn’t see it. The dolly I preordered was not included because they didn’t have dollies. Also, the dozen blankets I ordered were not available because they didn’t have blankets. I had to purchase one for $20. They said their sales rep hadn’t been in to see them in a long time and were short on equipment. This information would have been good to know BEFORE I arrived to pick up the truck. The place was dirty and unkept. Not like other uhaul locations I’ve visited in the past. Attendants were nice enough but clueless. They said there was 1/2 tank of gas in the truck and it was just under. Bummer of an experience.
Isabel VThe representative was not there until 20 minutes after they were supposed to open, so 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup. I wanted to change a detail about my reservation, but i got nowhere with that. This location does not appear to answer their phone either. The corporate cuatomer service was helpful, which is the ONLY reason for the 2nd star. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different location.
Jennifer LI rented truck for a 24 hour local term. I was called by both an aggressive Uhaul rep and also by someone from the local dealer demanding to know when the truck was being returned. I found both interactions upsetting and unprofessional. I will not ever do business with the dealer again or rent another Uhaul again
Jason KThere were no Dolly's or furniture pads and only 2 moving blankets one of which smelled and was dirty. I had requested this equipment months ago and was told they just didn't have anything. The staff were short with me when I tried to ask questions about my rental and seemed irritated.
