All the employees were helpful but one older lady who was like a manager over a few stores very very rude and wanted to argue with me over my card not working and not being considerate of me and made me walk to office area to get a new one instead of offering to bring me one SHAME ON HER ATTITUDE

Megan P | Overall ExperienceThe prices kept increasing over the months. There also were issues with securing a locker after reserving a spot. I eventually got a unit, but it wasn’t the original one I reserved. The access hours are very convenient though, and I always felt that my items were secure.

Then received a call in April stating they can’t guarantee my reservation unless I rent immediately, but the first month would be free. What’s the point of a reservation then? Facility was clean and well kept. No issues. Upon checkout, I asked about a prorated refund since I had just been charged a week ago, was told no prorating, so I was charged for an extra 3 weeks I guess.

Michele D | Overall ExperienceEvery time I have to do ANYTHING with U-Haul, I either get double booked, or they mess up my reservation. They are lucky this is the only U-Haul close to me because of it wasn’t, I’d be somewhere else in a heartbeat.
