U-Haul employees are great for the most part I think personally think of a few rockstars I deal with often. I just think the storage units in Auburn are outdated and very small both in unit size and the parking lot

JEFF J | Overall ExperienceEveryone was always professional, polite and helpful. A concern I always had was if I could access my unit because trucks were always parked in front it. Staff was great about moving the trucks but I found it to be very inconvenient. Also I’ve been renting units since 2018 and have found the constant increase in price to be the biggest reason for emptying my units. Thank you for everything.

He never responded to any email I sent, and even went so far as to direct his team not to respond. Although my online moveput request was processed, I never received a refund for the pre-payment I made, nor have I received ANY RESPONSE from the Markey Company or Region Rep, Becky, in the complaint I submitted in Reference ID# 5305491. The Uhaul facility in Auburn, ME is a HORRIBLE facility, and the management team responsible for this facility is EQUALLY pathetic.
