Jamaal G | Online Move InIf I could change anything I would make the larger doors accessibile 24 hours. Some customers may work hours that does not allow them to make it between 7-7. Sometimes customers with larger items that does not fit through smaller doors may require help and the help is only available after hours. All in all it’s always an excellent experience at this location 2929 Washington blvd. Just maybe that one service can be added.

Overall not a pleasant experience and I will not return to this location for any of my future moving needs and I’ll make sure none of my friends and family go to this location either . Yall need help.
Jasmine S | Overall ExperienceMy move out date was the 10th NOT the 14th. They also charged me for dried up mud that was already in the U haul when I got it. The items in my unit were also infested with mice. There was no food in there or trash whatsoever.
