I was told on arrival that the elevator is not working today. That was okay today as I was only moving a few items but in a few days I will have a moving truck full of all my belongings, and the people I've hired to move my stuff will not be happy if everything has to be carried to the third floor by hand.

The staff actually were great for the most part. There was 1 particular worker that wasn’t the friendliest and I would have preferred not to deal with. Overall, I was satisfied.

When I moved out, all ingresses and egresses were blocked and the staff waited until I was mostly done before they did anything about it.
