The manager has an nasty attitude/you be in there for over a half just standing in line. Manager needs customers service training learn how to talk professional have an up lifting voice. Needs more worker's.

When I moved out, all ingresses and egresses were blocked and the staff waited until I was mostly done before they did anything about it.
