MY 11 Nonth STAY with Mark Sims, Manager and "The Whole Guy's TEAM as well. Being a Female Customer was always Kindness & Patience with a "Few of My Weird Questions". This Store was always CLEAN, and Smelled Clean and ready for a next day at 10:30pm when I would be stopping at my End if Day, some times. Good "Trucks" Also. Muregwa J | First ImpressionsStorage has roaches. They offer insurance but can't be used to submit claim to damages in unit, GM mark is a liar. Make false promises they can be verified through email but don't follow through so u are backed into a corner where the only chouce u have is to abandon and they still bill you. Staff will steal from your unit. Gm won't play back cameras,staff rude, staff tell oth e staff business. If you call corporate they care less. I will also be sharing my review on Google with email conversations with Mark on Google. Make sure they know what ya did to a single disabled veteran with 3 disabled children. Sold our unit with our family photos and personal data for 30 bucks after the Gm lied Said he would help move before i left the state. Tool advantage after I started having heart issues. In the Bible it says vengeance is mine saidth the lord. God bless
