Mario E | First ImpressionsThere is a thin piece of plywood what wasn’t even secured to the wall between units. I could pull it back and access the unit in front of me. I reported it to staff. They said they would fix it. How? They don’t have keys to my locks. It was still like that on move out. I also got shocked by the light switch in the hallway. The lights were out so I pushed the button. It shot sparks out and knocked me on my rear. I reported this to staff they acted like it was my fault. This is a horrible U-Haul that is unsafe and terribly run

They all go above and beyond the call of duty always trying their best to accommodate you with all your needs!!! Thank you Andria and Andrew for this last rental and move out!!! minerva f | Overall ExperienceLights don’t come on until you’re halfway down the corridor. They use the same reasons for increasing the rental price every year, but nothing has change. It’s literally the same email sent out with only the new price typed in. Not worth what they charge.
Margarita B | Overall ExperienceNot all staff was unprofessional just one an over weight gentlemen with shoulder length hair he was vey unkempt not because of working but lake of hygiene when ever I spoke to him he acted like it bothered him or he just didn’t care to answer my questions that related to my rental very rude disrespectful unhygienic person just don’t understand how a person like that stays employed
