Accessibility hours were reduced after move-in, which was inconvenient. It would have been very helpful if the manager that contacted me re an item left in unit had reminded me to 1) photograph emptied unit and 2) return the lock/key at closing at the same time. Although there were multiple staff on-site, apparently only one person, Carter B., was authorized to assist me. I became frustrated having to drive back in the rain for photo, and again to retrieve lock. I suggested the clerk find my account using my name, as I did not recall unit # at the time. He threatened to not complete the closeout because he did not appreciate my frustration and accused me of shouting a response to a question he shouted to me. I strongly suggest de-escalation tips to all public facing staff in addition to basic customer service. All staff interactions were very positive, with the exception of Carter B, the name on Move Out Record.
