We had never been to this location before so it was confusing where we park, how we get in, and how the elevator works. The person in the retail store was somewhat helpful. After we did it once, it’s easy now. Checking in in the app was easy. The storage unit was just what we expected.

Tyree T | Overall ExperienceI was one day late from requesting my 30 day move out. You refused to honor me after never being late and paying $150 a month. You refuse to allow me to move out and now charged me almost $1000. This was the worst experience I will never recommend U-Haul. I will never work with you again and I have been working with you for years.

Of all of the Uhaul facilities I’ve used for trucks and storage this location shines for so many reasons that I will continue to make the drive to support them from my new home.
