Timothy C | Overall ExperienceWell while turning a vehicle in and renting another vehicle the links for taking pictures of the vehicle failed with an error message and trying to just take pictures of both vehicles and uploading them to the email they said to send it to was unprofessional and its the most important because the employee who issued the vehicle had one thing fir milage and it didn't match what the truck currently had for gas price and the truck had previous damages. I moved from one truck to the other and it was during the evening hours. He also forgot to give me the new lock to my storage room

This location however could use a uhaul designated crossing to enter the storage facility and office. Unloading and loading can be dangerous especially if there are events nearby.
TORRIE B | Online Move InThis facility is in a horribly congested area. There is no place to park a truck to unload into the storage. The storage units are not lighted and seemed damp. I moved my stuff out within 10 days. The staff were very helpful but I would never again use this facility.
