Kalene G | Online Move InHad my unit for almost 4 years. Never had issues. When I retrieved my items, there were no signs of pests or rodents. My items were not even dusty. Everything was intact. There were a few occasions I was late with payment , and this facility worked with me considering the amount of time I had my items stored there. It brought great relief knowing my priceless items were in great hands

Juan S | Online Move InThe Facility manager Craig were Rude, shouting at the customers and were very unprofessional giving directions seems to have a problem with eye to eye contact don’t know how to say Thank you for business. The location on Baltimore in Detroit is very cluttered hard to move in and out of storage too many trucks and trailers causing to hit poles trying to get out it needs two way to get in out of the lot Some of the worker are short temper don’t speak with a pleasant tone.The location have a lot of negative vibes and energy. Customer comes first.

I spoke with one sales associate and he stated that my charges that I owed was less than $30 and that my account would reflect that. Since I spoke with him multiple accounts of mine have been attempted to be changed for several different amounts. I’m not sure what’s going on or why but I would like for it to please stop. An associate reached out to me recently and ensured me that any additional charges would be removed from my account. I called the storage facility that I rented from directly to follow up but I was directed to the call center because they didn’t answer. The agent checked my account and still saw the charges so she tried to call them also, no answer. After I spoke with her my accountant was charged $20.48 on 5/12. I really need someone to please reach out to me about my account. Please!
Kelvyna E | Overall ExperienceI Experienced a Communication Error which Left Me Without Access and With No Account! I Called and My Account Was Restored... Only Then Experience Once Again Me Being Not Having Access! Requested the General Manager... Never Got Up to Come Meet or See Me... and Talk/Hear About My Concerns or Issues! I Felt Slighted and Not Important Enough in This Establishment After 5+ Years of Being a Customer! There Was the General Manager, the Assistant Manager AND the Store Manager Present and I Have No Closure Concerning My Issues. I Explained (via Telephone) How I Felt and Mr. Jordan Yet Made NO ATTEMPT STILL to See Me in Person! I Own My Business! And As CEO When Someone Requests to See a Manager - You Do What You Can to Honor That Request.

JACQUELYN W | Overall ExperienceDanny was very helpful with allowing me to get my things and working with me. However, her employees were helpful but kind of inconvenienced me. Only because, I moved all of my things out and i wasn't aware that I would have to take the lock off and take a picture to show them that my unit was empty. So what end up happening was, I had to travel all the way back up there by bus to take the lock off and show them a picture that it was empty. That's the only part I did not like. Other than that it was nice. 🙂
