The people at the front really need to learn what customer service is. They just sit at the desk waiting on you to say something to them. This is a business serving customers. Acknowledge customers when they enter the building and ask them how can you help them? Don’t just have a staring contest and wait for me to do your job for you. One lady was so kind and helpful the last time I came in. This time around not sure if she was having a bad day but her attitude, she could have kept that. I’m providing you my money for you to behave as if I’m an issue for needing your business. Not cool do better.

Someone else let me in and the assigned unit was occupied. I was furious. I immediately called Uhaul, got a unit that was ready. A plus service. That other company was so unprofessional UHaul was able to help me out tremendously on a Sunday!!.
