Very unhappy with this uhaul location. We reserved a large outdoor unit two to three weeks in advance and found out the day of arrival that the door was broken and it couldn’t be used. Instead they gave us 2 smaller side by side units that were inside, down a hallway, and up a flight of stairs. This took substantially longer to unload than expected and they charged us for keeping the truck after hours, despite checking in 2 full hours early and getting delayed by their services and switching our unit. On top of this the units had numerous palmetto bugs upon moving our items out. Would never recommend this facility to anyone, it makes all of uhaul look bad.

Jomar J | First ImpressionsCheck in was a complete disaster. It was Sunday 6/22 and the worker was so focused on getting out at 5 that she was unorganized and made several mistakes. Our first two assigned lockers(neither of which was the one I had reserved before hand on line) had lock on them, after the second time she became very difficult to work with over her mistakes. The entire check in process took almost TWO hours. In summary the worst experience we have ever had.

Danielle H | Overall ExperienceWhen ordering I could only select 6am for pickup. Facility not open at that time. Was planning to call next day to question time but they called and implied it was ok to pick up later. Upon arrival at 9 I was told reservation had cancelled because we were late. I was only offered 26ft truck as an alternative even though they had a yard full of other trucks. While I was there I heard another customer being told the same thing as they were ”late” for pickup too. I had no other option as this place was the closest to my location and I was basically on my own having to drive that big truck. The truck was in poor shape and every time I pressed gas pedal it began to tremble and shake. I eventually learned to press the gas pedal before I wanted to move so it would be ready to move when the street lights turned green. Luckily it was only 10 miles round trip. That truck seemed very unsafe. I hope I never have to use U-Haul again.
