justo a | Overall ExperienceIt would’ve been nice to know the actual process of entering the building. Someone had let me into the building who is also a renter. Regardless, there was no instructions on the app or on the U-Haul website how to actually enter the building. There is no ructions or depictions that there are two separate pin pads, one to actually check in and then the other one that will allow you to gain access. I even asked the guy at the front desk if there was anything I needed to do. And he said no, you’re good. I was not good. Such a horrible experience. To add to that I stupidly made the erroneous error Of selecting a unit that could only fit a pin inside. I had to walk all the way to the front desk for a larger unit. Which was not something I could do on the app or over the phone with the unhelpful customer service representatives.
