We have been customers at this facility for over 4 years. There have been so many issues we finally left. -Half the time either the garage bay doors were broken or the sliding door to the facility was broken -The people who work there are nothing short of incompetent, Namely Yugeiley the site manager. We had instances where there were no carts, we went to the office, people who were literally wearing uniform shirts saying they didnt work there, refusing to even get someone who could possibly help. Forcing us to walk to a completely different section of this huge building to find a cart and walk.outside all around the perimeter in 100 degree heat to get into our unit -no one EVER answers the emergency call bell -and last but not least, the facility is beyond INFESTED with rodents!!! We had to be moved from one unit to another after we had many belongings destroyed with rodent urine and feces and ripped apart by rodents. The second unit again became infested. They claimed to be exterminating. Then we found a dead rodent smack in the middle of our unit when we opened the door, slightly moved it and maggots exploded from it going in all directions. The allergens in the air from the amount if urine and dander made it impossible for one of us to even go inthere without breaking out in hives and going into a full blown asthma attack. The day we found the dead rodent with maggots we called yugheily between 6-7pm literally in tears. She was nasty and said no one can do anything about it at that moment. We spoke with the area manager who gave us a few free months of storage promising the rodent issue would ve rectified. (All the while our rate is being raised exponentially) Well the situation wasnt remedied. We went in there to grab some items and low and behold, mouse feces. This facility is absolutely vile and a health hazard and needs to be shut down. We removed our belongings, salvaging what we could but disposing of anything that could hold allergens due to the allergic reaction one of us was having. They need to clear everyone out and get the pest problem under control. Disgusting.

The beginning of my rental was fine however after being there for 5 years I can honestly say it was an absolute horror to have to throw out most of my furniture and items because of a rodent infestation in your facility. I probably lost several thousands of dollars in furniture and belongings because of this. It was absolutely disgusting cleaning the unit out. I also want to say that there were some times I was charged a late fee much sooner than the 6 days I was told by someone at your corporate office. I think that’s unfair. I believe also for the amount you are charging and the rodent problem (not just my unit as I noticed many other units had the traps in them) that you should at least have bins or dumpsters where we could have thrown our stuff out rather than make us cart it away in our own vehicles. I will definitely not be recommending Uhaul for storage needs in the future.

MARCELO B | Overall ExperienceThe only comment I have is that the AC was not working on the second floor where my unit was and it was never fixed unfortunately from move in to move out. Also I would suggest putting a bigger elevator in a more convenient location maybe as the use of one elevator was not enough and extremely small . Other than that , the staff was very nice and friendly and the storage unit was clean.
