How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was with sentinel storage before and in comparison, it was far more complicated to find the storage unit. I was not told when I completed the online checking that the specific unit was indoor and not outdoor. I was driving around the outside units looking for the unit. I had to go inside to ask someone for help and they took some time to find out where it was. After they found it, I had a hard time putting in my security code. Online there is no instruction about how to put in the code because there is two when you have to do one at a time in a specific order. So I had to go back inside to ask someone to help me again. The sliding doors wouldn’t stay open so I had to go back inside again and ask someone to open the door for me and to keep it open so I can move my items in. The doors got stuck again and would not open so I had to go back inside again and ask someone to open it AGAIN. Overall, it was a horrible experience. It is not self checking you need lots of help. I was so close to just cancelling the entire thing. It was amazingly complicated and you guys should look at how sentinel storage does their check ins. The storage building where my unit was was also very cold, surprisingly colder than outside. 0/10 would not recommend.
