sharon w | First ImpressionsMy outside locker was broken into twice, as well as having a roof leak which damaged my items, my inside storage locker was auctioned off after 3 months of falling behind on payments with no notice to me. I would never recommend storing your things at this facility!

Barrie K | Overall ExperienceThe security at the location is horrendous, with easy access by foot in many places. There were at least 3 groups of squatters just in my row of storage units alone. When the issue was raised to U-Haul and management on three occasions, there were no solutions or escalations, we canceled the contract and vacated before fully moving everything in. The facility needs a major security upgrade, better staffing, and more upfront transparency before signing a contract. Any 5x5 or 5x10 units are not in a concrete room but rather have plywood walls which could easily be busted.
