I paid 215$ or something like that only to be kicked out for what seemed like no actual reason? I was just in my storage unit organizing when they came banging on the door. Didn’t even get a refund and I had only had the storage for a couple days.

Janice K | First ImpressionsOne of the fellows (short dark hair with glasses) was not very friendly, in fact it seemed like he was having a very bad day and was feeling a bit grumpy... aside from his demeanor though, I just let him be grumpy, I came in to dtop off a trailer and and get a storage unit and that's what I did... however the fellow that I dealt with was supposed to give me a free storage unit for a month but instead he charged me for the full month... I later returned the next day and got all that sorted out... aside from that situation I still got super awesome service from the other employees and I will always return to use your company again... Check out was a massive puddle in front of our unit as well as nails and screws all over the driveway. When I told the employee, he didn't care. Just gave me# for customer service.
