The prices for storage lockers are very reasonable compared to other facilities. All your moving supplies are readily available in the showroom. I would highly recommend this company.
Barrie K | Overall ExperienceThe security at the location is horrendous, with easy access by foot in many places. There were at least 3 groups of squatters just in my row of storage units alone. When the issue was raised to U-Haul and management on three occasions, there were no solutions or escalations, we canceled the contract and vacated before fully moving everything in. The facility needs a major security upgrade, better staffing, and more upfront transparency before signing a contract. Any 5x5 or 5x10 units are not in a concrete room but rather have plywood walls which could easily be busted.

Axel A | First ImpressionsUHaul canceled our booking for a storage locker the morning of our move out from our apartment. It was a huge headache to receive a replacement unit. The unit was super dirty. We switched unit as we ended up needing a larger unit. They were able to help us and said someone would come and remove the temporary lock. We waited 20 minutes for them to come which they didn’t. We called and they said they would come. We waited another 20 minutes with no one coming to unlock. We called again and they finally came. The locker was clean but the pallets on the floor were a bit dangerous to walk on.
