People showing up towards 10pm when doors lock without any belongings but hanging out, pulling up in cars & then leaving. I was approached at night by a woman who was trying to touch me while I was getting out of my vehicle.

I used to do self-insurance claims for U-Haul many years ago. This particular service and storage center is an A+++ in my opinion. I want to single out Joshua and one other staff person who both work on Saturday. Bravo to everyone there!
