Glenn M | First ImpressionsAccessing the facility was a little bit confusing initially since I did the online rental. I had to go ask for help. It was good that I asked for help because the online rental portal said a new lock and keys would be waiting for me in my unit but that was not true. I had to get one from the front desk.

Didn’t have bay access some of the time due to doors inoperable. Parking lot is too full, can’t turn around. Alarm constantly going off. Too much more to list.
