First and foremost the staff were excellent to work with. Especially a young man named Michael. I called in with my payment every month, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. If I ever need storage again, I'll be sure to return to U-Haul on College Road in Fairbanks.

Alas, no matter which staff member I spoke to, they were helpful, genuinely nice and fixed my issue. I’m happy I chose college u-haul and would recommend to anybody needing not just storage but travelling, towing etc

This created a process of a smooth flow, simple and easy. There is a lot of talk about policies and the paperwork that comes with it when obtaining a storage unit I could fall asleep lol which can be a little too much at the time depending on your reason for getting a unit and the type of day your having.
