I have been using the Fairbanks College Road location for a couple of years now. I cannot say enough about the customer service that I received from Ray. He is so attentive to detail and always offers me options for U-Haul services that I did not know existed. He has saved me money and time, and I look forward to dealing with him every time I need to call U-Haul. He's very friendly and professional. The manager at that branch, River, has handled a couple of small issues I had with care and fairness. Keep up the good work, College Road U-Haul!
