I had trouble with the previous owners/managers. There was a leak in the roof above my unit and they did nothing for me except give me a bucket to catch the drips. They promised to get it repaired and did not. I complained every year when it leaked. I had moldy ceiling tile fall into my unit and on my stuff. Part of my unit was not useable because of that. The new managers listened and seem better

Also, facility has sophisticated computer/24-hr personnel monitoring: every unit status continuously displayed/recorded for prompt response if necessary. Staff always helpful/friendly!

JOYCE C | First ImpressionsMy visit on September 18, move out date, was very positive. Clerk very friendly and considerate of my needs. He assured me that I would not be charged another month. He searched out how to resolve this issue, and then stayed with task to accomplish the objective. Super helpful guy, Dave. I left feeling as I could again be a patron if the need for this service arose. During another recent (within past month) visit during the seven months of rental service, my experience was uneasy with a different clerk. She seemed either stressed or her mind was somewhere else. That, or this may reflect her overall personality. She was short and somewhat harsh in speech, no smile, no lightheartedness. I have had many positive encounters over the years that I have patronized this U-Haul location. So, I overlooked this one negative interaction that could be viewed as the customer being a bothersome presence. There were no other customers. I walked to the counter and stated my identity and rental unit plainly, softly, with a question regarding move-out date. I was not received with a "welcome" or friendly greeting. It left me with, "Can I trust this service?" Had this been my first encounter, I would not have felt comfortable renting from this location. And on move out day, I was hoping that person was not working the desk. I was relieved when I saw Dave, who remembers that he had drawn up the rental papers seven months ago. Overall, I have been treated by very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
