The only thing I have to say is that the hours were absolutely never consistent and there was no way to know whether or not they were going to be open after the actual office closed before driving all the way there to find out that oh they're not open today past 6:00 or whatever time it was... Throughout the years I stored there, the hours were all over the place and that made it very inconvenient. Plus they were never accurately posted online or on the building or anywhere really...

The facility was chronically understaffed and the U-Haul phone system makes communication very inconvenient from a customer viewpoint. Given these shortcomings and the higher rental fees I am going back to a local vendor. Your physical plant is excellent, your corporate style of management doesn’t fit with the Fairbanks sensibility. I wasted a lot of time and expense dealing with trivial issues.

They promised to get it repaired and did not. I complained every year when it leaked. I had moldy ceiling tile fall into my unit and on my stuff. Part of my unit was not useable because of that. The new managers listened and seem better
