Now u are telling me the unit has been sold. Thanks a lot. I had a lot of sentimental items n that storage. I had moved to Florida in 2020 and didn't have the money to move my belongings from NC to FL. I live paycheck to paycheck.
ROGER C | Overall ExperienceI thought U-HAUL STORAGE WAS OPENED UNTIL 11 P.M. But Y’all closed at 10 P.M. We arrived at U-HAUL APPROXIMATELY 11:09 P.M. We drove here all the way from Newport News, Va. CAN YOU SEE THE FRUSTRATION ? So we had to wait hours and come back the next morning.

The staff was incredibly helpful; especially a young man by the name of Damian, who helped my wife when she had difficulty opening the gate to the storage units. I'd use this place again if I had to.
