Staff were very helpful, friendly and very accommodating to any requests or questions I had arise. I was able to access my storage units when needed. Facility was clean and easily accessible.
Linda R | Overall ExperienceThe only real issue I had while renting my unit for over two years was the mice/rats that chewed through the ceiling in the back corner into my stuff. I have yet to go through all of my stuff. I’m hoping all is well. The reason I chose the enclosed unit was for the extra protection. Other than that I was happy with it.

After the honorable experience in the Odessa office I had my mind made up I would never use U-Haul again, but the people in Great falls, MT changed my mind back. I do not see a rating low enough for the management in Odessa, TX on this form!
