The access/outside doors were consistently broken, there was litter on the ground often, and the large amount of U-Haul trucks made it difficult to maneuver around the entire facility. Oftentimes I had to wait to get in and wait to get out and nobody ever seemed to care that they were inconveniencing others. There was an unavoidable pot hole for a very long time that was eventually filled in. The “climate controlled” area was extremely hot in the warmer months. Overall, the storage rent is very overpriced for the value.
