Manager very rude to customers even me. I work hard at Canada post and was on strike...asked for help to delay my 1 payment for 1month Very rude to me. I rented a truck and was late I assumed I would pay an extra day but the manager yelled at me treated me like a child

CHRIS Y | Overall ExperienceWhen I booked with a member of staff, he did tell me the units were on the 2nd floor. And there was an elevator. However, I didn't know the building was so so so huge. And we had to walk to the far end of the building. That was disappointing. The units are fine, clean etc. The key card is a little awkward for remembering to use in and out. The elevator doesn't give you much time to get your carts in. Overall, it's okay.
