The customer service was absolutely awful. I am extremely disappointed with how this location handled a very serious situation. My storage unit is being auctioned, which I understand is part of the process when payments fall behind. However, what is absolutely unacceptable is that the auction advertisement publicly posted my personal information, including details connected to my business. As a result, I woke up to multiple strangers contacting me across different platforms asking about the contents of my unit. Posting a customer’s personal and business information in a public auction listing is a major privacy concern and potentially unlawful. It has compromised my safety and well-being, as I now have no way of knowing who has accessed or retained that information. When I called to have the ad removed, the employee I spoke with (Tom) was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking the issue seriously, I was told to “take it up with Phoenix, Arizona.” I asked to escalate the matter and was refused. The call was ended abruptly. I also requested the payoff amount so I could immediately resolve the balance and remove my belongings, and that information was not provided. This was not just poor customer service — it was a failure to handle a serious privacy concern responsibly. I expected accountability and assistance, not dismissal. I strongly recommend corporate oversight into how customer information is handled at this location.
