David F | First ImpressionsThey email you, they call you, you try to make payments, they don’t call back or call and leave a message, so you call and talk to clerks, they tell you Sean is THE ONLY ONE who can help, but good luck talking to him. Worst storage experience ever! And I was a military dependent most of my life. Renting from UHaul was a regular thing. Not any more!
Jade J | Overall ExperienceThe storage is actually for my sister - Nakesia Washington - belongings. The only way she could get the storage for free was with the rental. The door is very difficult to raise up die to a lot of rust. It actually hurt her back and mine trying to open and close it. Hopefully the staff can put something on it to help with that issue.
