I am a 64 year old Military Veteran and have had several storage units over the years. This facility, by far, exceeded my expectations. I had 2 units, for 3 years at this location. The gates are always secure. The office is always open on time, staff is very friendly. The employees have a golf cart that the patrol the perimeter on a regular basis. They are always very good about walking the interior of the units, keeping everything clean and making sure everything is secure. There is never no trash inside or outside the buildings. After 3 years of having my items inside the facility, there was NO crawling bugs, NO insects, NO rodents, NO droppings!!! Everything was exactly the way I put it in there. There also were NO increases on my fees during the 3 year period. I rented UHauls from this location about half a dozen times. My UHauls were already clean and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. This location has very easy access off of a major highway. This facility is freaking awesome!!!! Hopefully, at this age, I will never need a storage unit again. But if I ever do, this would be the ONLY location that I would trust to store my items.

And we're very understanding when my payment failed to go through without my knowing, they reached out to me and let me know before late fees were incurred. I would absolutely recommend this place if you have anybody in the Hazlet area looking for a storage.

My husband had a stroke in February 2026 and had to have emegency surgery to place a stent in the left side of his neck (cartroid) artery. He was in ICU for several days. This situation caused me to get behind on the bill. I feel that your company should have made an exception and work with me on the back owed rent. I offered to pay 300.00 but that did not seem to be enough. I know you have a job to do but this unit was everything we had from our parents and it had pictures that can not be replaced and paperwork. I hope you as a company feel comfortable knowing you mis treat people when they are going thru a tough time. We have been married 48 years yesterday and have never ask assistance or a handout from anyone. I am 69 and my husband is 70. I just pray that if you have a hardship in your life that you are able to deal with people that care. Sincerely. The Weatherfords

Mandy S | Overall ExperienceWeeds growing up the back of our storage and grew through our boxes. Some we had to throw out. Most of the staff were idiots except for the girl that was there the day we moved out. On multiple occasions once we paid our bill the lock was not removed and my husband would have to go to the office and ask them to remove it. And most times it was a week after we paid the bill. The rent is high! And the late charges are just ridiculous.

Scott W | Overall ExperienceThe unit did not have environment control settings for heat, humidity, et al, thus my boxes crumbled and some items were damaged as the boxes fell into each other that were stacked. Even my plastic heavy duty bins melted and cracked. It is hard to compete with 105 degree temperatures, but that is a normal day here in Texas. I moved my items to Public Storage to have climate control for my items being stored. The Uhaul price increased within the first year and they would not accept my word on my insurance coverage under my homeowners insurance from my 'insurance broker', which showed my $71,000 coverage. PS was less expensive and I doubled the size of my unit. They accepted 'me' advising that my storage unit was covered under my insurance policy. The Uhaul office staff was awesome! I just can't afford all the extra fees, issues, and increased rent that came with this unit.
